We had a marvelous stay with beaches and restaurants at our fingertips. The amenities in the house were lovely and comfortable. We can’t wait to stay again next year and make it an annual visit!

The place is lovely! It was a perfect place for my family. I was traveling with my son, who was working the ATTProAm, and my elderly Mother. The place had everything we needed, and then some!
We were so close to everything in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, and Big Sur. It is about a 5 minute walk to both beaches in Carmel, and also Mission Ranch. During the last day of our trip, there was some pretty severe weather that came through the Monterey Peninsula (hurricane force winds). Sandy and Alex were great to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.
I would definitely stay here again! And highly recommend Sandy and Alex as hosts. :-)

This house is located in a lovely spot for walking- accessing the beach and delightful areas of the town. It is a light and relaxing house with all amenities easy to use. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners communicated in such a friendly way. 10 days and we felt right at home.

Our family had a last-minute getaway to Carmel and found this wonderful house. Everything was as described or better. The gas fireplace was a great touch and the bathtub a treat. The owners were welcoming and even helped reunite us with a lost item. I would definitely go back.

This was the perfect house for our first trip to Carmel. Great location!!! The hosts communication was next level! Their step by step directions of the different household appliances were appreciated. The heated floors and the push of a button lighted fireplace WHAT?!!?! So awesome!!!! We were sitting outside one evening enjoying the firepit and tower heater when propane ran out. Just out of courtesy I messaged the hosts to let them know so they could replace before next visitors and next thing we knew they graciously came down to change it out. The kitchen is greatly stocked with everything you should need if you choose to cook. Read their welcome binder as it has awesome suggestions and recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Village Corner for breakfast is a MUST!!! We are already talking about visiting again next January. Thank you Sandy and Alec for sharing this place. It was pure BLISS!!!!

Our family stayed here to celebrate our 10yr wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect. The house was clean and set up very well. We had everything we needed for our weekend. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here.

BeachWalk is beautiful and well-kept in an excellent location. The furnishing are in excellent condition and very comfortable. We loved the large windows looking out on the patio with a large table, comfortable chairs, a cozy fire pit, and gas heater. The bathrooms were large, clean and well-equipped. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The house is a short walk to the ocean and downtown Carmel is about a 20 minute walk. the hosts are local and attentive, and offered good suggestions for our stay. We could not have been happier and would love to return.

I thought it would be great but it surpassed my expectations. Private, but lots of openers to the outside and light. Loved the heated floors. We took lots of walks on the beach. Enjoyed the gas fireplace whenever we were in the living room. I hope we will return some time.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Beach-Walk house. The place is beautiful and very comfortable with a greatly equipped kitchen (I haven't seen a property before with such a complete set of quality kitchenware).

This property was absolutely perfect.
Walking distance to two beaches, downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood was quiet and quaint. The house had absolutely everything you needed, it was just like being at home. The hosts were always available with quick response time. Can’t say enough good things about this property other than book it now if you’re heading to Carmel area. We can’t wait to go back.

We absolutely loved our 2nd stay here just as much!! We can’t say enough about every single need being met. The location is perfect! This time we had friends join us and they also loved it.

Such a wonderful home. Tucked away with front and back patios to compliment the open, bright and amazingly comfortable home. It had everything, fully equipped for a fantastic stay. Close to everything and Sandy and Alec were the best. I'll be back!

We spent most of our time outdoors so was only home in the evening.

Home is very comfortable, we enjoyed walking to the Mission Ranch for Dinner & breakfast. It is walkable to the beach at Carmel River/ Point but, a little far if carrying beach equipment. Kinda far to walk to town. But, it’s worth it.

Unlike most places, this rare gem is better in reality than in the website pictures. A gorgeous house, fully (and very generously) equipped: abundant high quality appliances, kitchen utensils,cookware and silverware, towels, linens,etc. Music, games, heated floors, fireplace, comfortable and useful outside furniture and heaters. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to two beautiful beaches and downtown Carmel. Communication with the owners is easy. They are attentive to respecting the guests' privacy while remaining available.In sum, one of our top, favorite places after decades of using vacation rentals.

Hosts like Sandy and Alec are what makes Vrbo great. They have such a beautiful property, communication is excellent and are super friendly hosts. Their home in Carmel is located near all the great beaches and Big Sur is less than an hour away, Pebble Beach is right next door. The property was clean, safe and easy to access. If you're traveling to this area by yourself, your significant other or family - this is a perfect home away from home!

From the moment we booked this home, the communication from the host was timely, highly relevant, and friendly. The details they shared about Carmel—from restaurant recommendations to the multiple beach walk directions from the home—made our trip even more enjoyable. My friends and I were in the area to run the Big Sur race/celebrate a birthday. A birthday balloon greeted us—such a personal touch! We slept like babies in the comfortable beds in this charming, peaceful neighborhood just minutes from multiple entertainment, dining, shopping, nature-loving entertainment options. The windows and skylights throughout the home allow you to be enveloped by the California sunshine and beauty of the flowers, trees, & birds that surround this home and make it feel like a private retreat. And their check-out procedures were reasonable and well outlined, helping us to fully enjoy our vacation until the very end! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home & surroundings--so well appointed and comfortable, with everything you'd possibly need for a relaxing stay--from the very comfortable bedding, luxurious bathroom, kitchen with everything you might need--to the wonderful outside living with multiple heaters. we could have been content to just stay home. However, we did indeed "walk to 2 beaches", along the spectacular nearby scenic route, and also walked to a couple great dining spots. Location is perfect for taking advantage of everything Carmel has to offer, and communicating with Sandy couldn't have been easier. We are frequent home renters and I'd have to say "2 Beaches" is my favorite hands down.

We stayed in this home a year ago and came back again this year. Once again everything was spectacular about this house and location. The house itself is easy to talk about- well stocked, very comfortable, clean, loved the fireplace, it’s bright and spacious.
It’s also the location that makes this a great rental! We love walking and the 2 beaches are so close. Even to get to downtown is just a few minutes walk.
Eating at the Mission Ranch on the patio was a delight and that is less than a 10 minute walk.
I highly recommend this home and look forward to another return visit

We had the best time at Alec and Sandy’s place. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you’d possibly need and then some. From board games to movies to kids toys. The location is absolutely perfect. Kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking. Cozy, quiet, highly recommended!

This is a gem. We loved our time staying here. The house was very clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The birds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful. Great neighborhood. We loved walking to the beach. It’s super close to the shops, Point Lobos and all that Carmel has to offer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough wonderful things to say about the owners and the home. Very comfy home. Loved the gas fireplace, comfy couch, bed and romantic bathtub. Well equipped kitchen and very quiet neighborhood. I give this rental a 10 ++. We have stayed in well over 30 VRBO’s and this was one of the best.

The house had beautiful views of the garden setting patio. Over the Christmas week we could feel nature via the full windows overlooking the patio. We did not take advantage of the firepit but we did walk to the beach. The house is conveniently located near downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Big Sur, Point Lobo and so many beautiful California sites and activities. The house itself is well maintained, large rooms, lovely bathrooms, clean fresh linens and a fully outfitted kitchen for cooking. We made a couple meals while there, took some Christmas photos in front of the fireplace, and enjoyed the interesting collection of books and magazines.
