A beautiful hotel with lovely views over the green pastures and lots of cow bells.The room was spacious and extremely comfortable.The trip over from Lucerne was by shuttle boat and then a funicular train. A wonderful way to start our stay.
We were greeted by a welcome drink. We stayed in the Waldhotel a short distance away from where the train arrives and the sister hotel. We were transported to our check-in by the hotel’s excellent minibus service. A spa was available at the Waldhotel which had a small indoor pool and outdoor pool. Staff were at the hotel were very attentive.

Good hotel
Poor cleaning service. On last day of our stay we've left with a little of toilet paper. There was no backup roll so we ran out of it soon. Same with other items, like not adding espresso pods or adding wrong types, given earlier request. Breakfast poor: no seeds, no ingredients for salads, etc.
