This is one of those rare places that's nicer in reality than it looks on the photos! The place was spotless when we arrived. We loved the comfortably large size, well equipped kitchen, great sofa and the board games provided. Alex and Penny are truly attentive hosts and we'd love to stay with them again next time we're back in town!
There is more traffic on Main Street (and on Govan Drive) than we expected and the traffic noise was surprisingly audible inside the apartment. The double glazed windows do a great job of keeping most of the noise out though, so most guests probably woudn't be bothered by it. Some details, such as the wobbly toilet, need attention as well.

Penny and Alex are amazing hosts thinking of every little detail and so helpful. The apartment is perfect and in a great location for visiting the area. It’s iwell kitted out with all that you need. I would definitely come again.

Very nice and clean apartment. Close to the lake and nice walks. Easy access to buses. Easy parking. Very nice host, left as a little gift and a card for arrival, very personal! We would definitely like to stay again!
