Trailhead è a pochi minuti dal centro di Flagstaff e dalla Northern Arizona University. La nostra casa facile da trovare si trova a circa 3 miglia dalla I-17, comodamente incastonata tra la I-40 e la storica route 66, rendendo facili e veloci i viaggi per Snow Bowl, The Grand Canyon o Sedona.

Trailhead è un nuovissimo (completato nel dicembre del 2017), una storia, unifamiliare, casa indipendente. Il caratteristico quartiere in stile artigiano è costruito su una collina e la nostra casa si trova a metà strada, offrendo una vista sui pini ponderosa. Uno dei nostri preferiti è la vista dalla cucina. Sebbene non ci siano scale in casa, ce ne sono alcune nel garage e sulla porta d'ingresso. Trailhead ha una spaziosa grande planimetria con tre camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con spazio sufficiente per gonfiare un materasso a due piazze (anche fornito), la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Trailhead è un rifugio rilassante pulito, accogliente con molti extra.

This was easily the best VRBO experience our family has had! Randy and Marleen thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The home was very clean and cozy. Loved the fireplace!! The location is also great. Close to downtown Flagstaff and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon and Arizona Snowbowl, as well as a very fun snow tubing park. Hope we are able to return!!

You won’t find a better equipped rental property anywhere. They truly have thought of everything which makes this place so amazing. Feels right at home with the decor and inviting fireplace. Be prepared to spend lots of time couch surfing! Too comfortable!!!

Trailhead is warm and comfortable, and Randy and Marleen have thought of every little thing that you could possibly need or want during your stay. They even have two kinds of coffee makers (drip and pod) and provide the coffee as well! As soon as we walked in, it truly felt like a home away from home! Lightly decorated for Christmas, we couldn’t help but be in a holiday mood while staying there. The overall interior design is very warm and welcoming, it was so comfortable! There’s so much to do if you are spending a lot of time at the property with tons of games, toys, books and a great neighborhood to walk around in. There’s a nice sized backyard for when it’s warmer too. The gas fireplace is cozy and warm and our evenings in the family room were so much fun! The location was perfect- we were about 25 minutes from Bearizona and 10 minutes from Little America for the North Pole Adventure. It’s by far the best property we’ve stayed at so far, and when we head back to Flagstaff we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it!

Don’t even know where to start. This home was just perfect. The communication with Marleen from start to finish was exceptional! Once we arrived and walked in it was like we were home. This was a special trip and this became a special place. It was so clean, cozy and comfortable! We came with one of our children and his wife and two grandkids. The grands were out of their minds with the Lego’s, Lincoln Logs, Nintendo and ping pong table. Bocce ball area in the back yard was another plus. Us adults were so comfortable in such a great home. Close to everything you would want to see in Northern Arizona it was the perfect base. We didn’t want to leave! My wife and I kept saying “we could definitely live here”. We have been in VRBO properties in the US and Europe and this was hands down the nicest place we’ve stayed. Randy and Marleen have taken the vacation rental to the next level and we’re so glad that we were able to stay in their house.

This was one of the nicest homes we’ve rented. It was well stocked, organized, easy to communicate with the host. Flagstaff was gorgeous during the fall. The house is close to campus and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, well stocked with everything you would ever need and was a great location. We went to The Grand Canyon one day and Sedona another day and also just enjoyed spending time at the house. It was very nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this property. Loved it!

Beautiful house. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with dishes/glasses and staples. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and linens.
The owners were quick to respond when we had a question about the TV. We make an annual trip to Flagstaff and we hope this property will be available next year.

We spent four weeks at this beautiful, comfortable home that was only minutes from downtown Flagstaff! Exceptionally clean and well-stocked in every way. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed taking walks after dinner and met several wonderful neighbors. Great location for fun day trips to Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater, and lots of Native American ruins. And don’t miss a visit to Bearizona! Would highly recommend this property!

Spent a fabulous 5 nights in Flagstaff. Our hosts have gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house is beautiful. Super clean and very cozy. Close to everything, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard is very inviting and enjoyed my morning coffee gazing at the sunflower garden. Anything you could possibly need is supplied. If we are ever in this area again will definitely stay here! Thank you Randy & Marleen for sharing your home :-)

This was by far our favorite place to stay in Flag. Games for my 6 year old, enough space for my parents to have their own oasis and my family to have ours. Beautiful outdoor area, great community, perfect location. Will be back!

What an incredible place to stay in Flagstaff! The home was beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of absolutely everything! In the kitchen they have drinks, snacks,condiments, storage bags, and everything you need to cook a meal, including a gas grill outside. The outdoor space is lovely with a picnic table and comfortable seating. We enjoyed dinner out there a few times. Inside they have a bunch of board games, which enjoyed with our kids in the evening. The location was perfect to explore the area , as well as Sedona ,which is about an hour away. We were just a few miles from downtown Flagstaff, which has lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend a stay here!

Our first trip to Flagstaff and it was awesome! Beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and all the little extras the owners supply were unexpected and so appreciated. This home was so clean with such lovely decor, we felt welcome right away and settled in quickly. The beds were very comfortable and this is probably the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. They have thought of all the details, and provided all the extras for an amazing experience. We loved our time here :)

We came on the heels of a snowstorm and were a bit nervous but the trip couldn’t have been more perfect. The property was well equipped with little touches that you made us feel right at home and gave us something to snack on before we got to the store. Communication with the owner was awesome and they recommended fun things to do in the area. My mother enjoyed every bit of her birthday trip in the southwest. Thank you!!

Well appointed and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the essentials waiting for us...coffee filters, paper towels, laundry detergent and even shampoo and conditioner. Not every VRBO has these comforts. Beds were great and fireplace kepts us cozy. Driveway was completely cleaared for our arrival after a big snow storm which made parking in the garage easy. Decor was well thought out and furniture was comfortable. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious and family friendly. There were games, bicycles and lots of entertainment to choose from. The location is perfect near many attractions and local restaurants. In addition, the home was well stocked! So many items you often forget to pack that were all available. We will certainly return the next chance we have.

This property is a gem!! The owners have thought of everything and helped make our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. I can't say anything negative about this property. We had such a lovely time at this rental! There was plenty of room for our three children to play and sleep. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were so comfortable, and the TV had tons of streaming options available. The living room had plenty of space for little kids to play and was very cozy in the evening with the soft blankets and fireplace. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play in the snow without having to find somewhere in town for them to play. The neighborhood is great too! The park is really nice for the kids. The location had lots of food delivery options available. We pretty much never left the whole time we stayed! It was a perfect, restful way to finish our winter break as a family. We’re already planning our next trip!

Traveling with a family during the holidays can be hard but this property sure made it worth it. They had everything you could need and the house even was decorated for Christmas. We loved all the games for the family and how comfy the beds were. Can’t wait to travel back again!

Our experience from the booking process to the check out was absolutely amazing! The hosts provided everything and more to make sure our stay was without worry and it felt like a true “home away from home”. It was very clean and appointed with an abundance of amenities that made our stay even that much more wonderful. The house has a great layout, it has great amenities and great decor. The outdoor space is awesome. Our 19 month old daughter loved it and the park was a quick 5 min walk from the house. We plan to stay again.

Trailhead was a pleasant respite after day trips in all directions - Hiking in Grand Canyon to the north, hiking and shopping in Williams (on Route 66) to the west, hiking and shopping in Sedona to the south, and hiking in Petrified Forest National Park to the east. Randy and Marleen’s home is located in a quiet neighborhood within easy access of an expressway and just a few miles from downtown Flagstaff, malls, and a wide variety of dining. We especially enjoyed the Northern Arizona Museum and walking and shopping in picturesque downtown Flagstaff.
Their home is very clean and nicely decorated. I especially appreciated having a garage to park. A beautiful and well appointed kitchen made meal preparations a breeze. And with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, Trailhead can easily accommodate up to six people very comfortably.
Having rented from VRBO for over thirty years, I have to say Randy and Marleen’s Trailhead is at the top of the list. If your visiting the Flagstaff area, don’t pass this one up.

First time visiting Flagstaff and we couldn't have picked a better property for our stay. The home is lovely, well stocked, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was effortless. The house was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit-no more than 1.5 hours; easy to get to the interstate as well as downtown Flagstaff. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We love the adorable house and backyard. It’s perfect for a family wanting to enjoy the beautiful weather and relax. They have everything you need here and it’s so clean and organized. We will definitely be back for a third time!
