Situato in Old Orchard Beach, questo delizioso condominio a 218 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimovacanza. Un condominio fronte oceano con una camera da letto con vista spettacolare! Bagno recentemente rinnovato con nuovo piano, vanità e servizi igienici. Camera matrimoniale slitta nella camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè e tostapane. Ristrutturato di recente con il nuovo pavimento in legno. WiFi, cavo, aria condizionata. Enormi porte scorrevoli in vetro conducono al nuovo ampio balcone. Ascensore. Parcheggio per un solo veicolo. Nota bene: questo condominio si trova a Brunswick con un ristorante e una sala al piano inferiore con musica dal vivo. Musica dal vivo nel patio esterno in estate. Le bande suonano fino alle 11 settimane settimanali e 1 a. m. nei fine settimana sotto il balcone in estate. Se il rumore è un problema per te, questo sarebbe un ottimo posto fuori stagione per te. Comodo e pulito. In bassa stagione le band suonano venerdì e sabato sera fino all'01: 00 a. m. al piano di sotto nel salone.

A lovely apartment and the view was just perfect!

This property was old and outdated, from the building to condo unit. There was a leak in the ceiling in the shower from unit above. All the floors in the living area were lifted at the seams and other areas around the condo the floor was unfinished. The appliances were old, as was the bed which was totally wore out and uncomfortable. t Two thin towels were provided to use during your entire stay and no beach towels at a place at the beach. No kleenex to be found. Just didn't enjoy the place, but it did have a beautiful sunrise.

The room was cozy, the view was off the chart!!! The food and service below were great. FYI- the bar on the first floor can have some loud music. Which can be great from the balcony if it is your type of music. We love music so was perfect for us.

Thought this place was a good value for true ocean front.
There's a bar on the first floor that can be a bit noisy but my wife and I went down and enjoyed the bands both nights we were there, so it was worth it. Loved being able to walk downstairs to an enjoyable place to hang out. Also really liked the restaurant right next door. Great breakfast (try the lobster benny) and live music.

This unit is nicely decorated and clean but the building is neither. The unit was very hot as there is no way to have air flow through. The west side where the bedroom is has no windows. It was only in the 60s outside so I can’t imagine what it is like in the summer. The kitchen is very small . I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We booked here last minute for our mini-moon and were not sure what to expect as we had never been to OOB. It did not disappoint! It was so convenient being steps from the beach and the walking distance to all of the main attractions. I was nervous about being right above the bar and the music keeping me up at night but with the slider shut and the fan in the bedroom on it wasn’t an issue at all. The highlight of the place is being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the live music!! This place is a litttle slice of heaven!

The family had a lot of fun staying at "The Swick!" We enjoyed being right on the beach and Palace Playland is a short walk away.

The property is on the water, as advertised. The bed was very soft, but adequate. Music started about noon with different bands until midnight. We liked the choices played, so it was good for us. When we went to bed, we closed the slider, the bedroom door and turned on the ceiling fan. Sound was gone. Nice walk to the boardwalk and eateries! Walks on the beach we’re gorgeous.

We enjoyed the views, the ocean, the music below and your condo. Only complaint was tvs out of sync and mix up with cleaning lady arriving at 3 which was same time as us. She was quick tho so no problem.

Excellent property, very clean , beautiful view and just a few steps to the beach. Loved staying here and property owner was extremely helpful and communicated right away. We would recommend anyone to this property. Excellent accommodations on the beautiful OOB.

. Myself and my family had a blast. Enjoyed seeing live bands right below the deck/ people watching. No sound issues w fan on and door shut to bedroom. Would def recommend if you’re a music junkie like myself. Wendy/ city do owner responded to all questions immediately.

Property was right on beach, great ocean views, location was great, everything was within walking distance. As clearly mentioned by owner, it can be loud when the restaurant below had bands playing. If you are obe to love watching and listening to bands, this location cannot beat the view of band, you can have your drinks and see and listen to the bands from your balcony. If you have the doors to room closed, you don’t really hear the noise. Personally, at times I would have liked to be able to quietly watch the ocean and at other times I enjoyed listening to the bands. I worried that the kids would have difficulty sleeping with the noise but it did not seem to bother them. All in all, compared to other accommodation choices, I feel this was the best considering location, view and cleanliness.

The place was very clean, Short walk to the pier. Ocean right outside your door. Wendy was great to work with. She got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately the weather was not great, but my friends are already talking about wanting to rent it next year. If you’re not sure I Wouldn’t hesitate to rent it.

We stayed in this location because it was close to my daughters wedding venue. Oceans views were second to none. Beautiful location. Everything you might need was in the room. Saturday night there was a band playing right below the balcony. It was great music. We enjoyed it very much.

First & formost...the view from the condo is Awesome. Most of our time was spent at the condo when we wasn't beach hopping. This was our first time visiting Maine. I've always thought I'd like to live in Maine. This trip proved that & then some! Very nice condo & Wendy responded immediately to any messages I sent. We didn't have any problems with anyhing at all. I would definitely recommend Wendy's condo to anyone! Thanks Wendy for an Amazing 10 days in Maine.

This was my 4th time staying here! Brought my bestie this time. Love that The Brunswick has bands year round! Wendy is very nice and super quick to respond when your reach out. Random bonus - amazing water pressure in the shower!

This was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Excellent views and lots to do. We stayed off-season so we had to travel a little for food and fun but still plenty to do. Just make sure you’re OK with thumping base from the band or DJ from about 9 PM to 1 AM. Wasn’t horrible being on the 3rd floor. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Would love to visit again when we could actually enjoy the beach. Wendy was super easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

The property is just as described and has everything you need. The location and view are amazing!!! We happened to go on the coldest days in many years so stayed inside but still had the view. Hoping to return again.

We stayed overnight to see an act at the nightclub. The location was super convenient and our host was great at communicating. The view was really beautiful.

We spent 5 nights in a lovely condo with a fabulous view of the beach. It was very clean and well equipped with comfy bed, sheets and pillows. Blizzards were an interesting picturesque bonus!
Note that the driving bass from music in the bar on weekend nights, even in January, was audible on the 3rd floor until 1AM. We did have trouble opening the lockbox to retrieve the key, but the owner was great.

Wendy’s condo was the perfect weekend getaway for my husbands birthday. The space was so comfortable and met all of our needs. The kitchen was well equipped. Our favorite band was playing at the Brunswick Saturday and it was so convenient to head upstairs in between sets for a drink out on the balcony with the best views of old orchard. Thank you again for sharing your space. We will definitely rent from Wendy in the future!

Stayed here for my honeymoon nice little property with direct beach access and an amazing view a little quiet around town as a Old Orchard Beach is in its off-season but still found plenty of things to do around the town loved watching the sunrise in the morning and setting at night my only note would be that there is a bar underneath and on Fridays and Saturdays they can get loud due to live music but the music was very enjoyable and not unbearable in the condo. I would recommend this property to anybody who’s looking to spend time at the beach and for it to not be crowded
