The condo was extremely clean with lots of room for 5 adults. There was coffee to get our stay started which was very nice. The amenities of the Excelsior are great as well - the pool near the beach was a nice treat. A major bonus for us was the washer/dryer in the unit! I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing because the initial listing showed 2 couches in the living room. When we got there, there was 1 couch and 1 chair, but we figured it out and spent most of the time outside anyway. Also, the owners must be in the midst of some remodeling because several of the rooms had been painted. Check in was easy and communication was prompt. All in all a great spot for an extended vacation and we will definitely look to stay here again.

Our family of 4 was very happy & comfortable in this condo! Beach access was an easy walk & the pools were perfect for our daughters! It was clean & spacious. Owners were responsive & easy to communicate with!

The condo is very nice. Everything needed was in the unit. It was very clean and a great location. Bathrooms could use an update but overall the unit was great. The property is fantastic. Great location and having access to the private beach is terrific. Pools and hot tubs were clean and really nice. Kim the owner was terrific and the communication about anything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

First time staying on Siesta Key, and we picked a winner. The entire family loved how spacious the unit is. Also nice to have an end unit, so the guest bedroom doesn't look out to the exterior walkway. We loved the option of two pools, neither of which were crowded, especially in the late afternoon/ early evening. The property is beautifully landscaped. The walk to the beach was quicker than I expected. Very easy to find a great spot at the beach. I appreciated the covered parking. Definitely would like to come stay here again!

Located across from the golf. This property is located on the bay. The bedrooms face the parking lot. The breakfast nook faces the courtyard. Spacious property. Shower in the second bedroom is very small. Bathroom in the master bedroom was great because there is a second sink outside the bathroom. Batteries were dead in all clocks and TV remotes. Very nice that the shuttle picks up at the property line.

Good central location for Siesta Key . Great pool on bayside, well heated. Condo association has activities once a month, workout room and library. Owner is very responsive to questions and quick to respond. The condo is well stocked with all your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom needs. Would definitely rent this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home away from home. Location was perfect, across the street from the beach with private access. A shuttle took us into town and back and groceries were a short drive. We saw dolphins, went for ice cream, walked, and found beautiful shells. Thank you, Kim!

The condo was well kept and very spacious. We were just a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool areas were clean and heated! The property is very pretty and is beach to bay. We stayed on the bayside.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is within easy walking distance of a section of Siesta Key beach that was not crowded during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware we needed. We would stay here again!

SKI RECOVERY
The condo was fantastic- exceptionally clean and well loczted with trolley stop just outside. Truly does extend from beach to bay with nice outdoir cooking space . The washer and dryer a surprising plus. Well stocked and nice sensevof community. A little snafu with check in and pool fob but all was well. Definately would return!!

The property was exactly as represented in the pictures. With the free trolley stop within steps of the condo, it was very easy to get around without using our vehicle. Would stay again!

Delightful Vacation Home
The very spacious, bright & cheery 2 bedroom condo had all the conveniences of home and beautiful Siesta Key Beach was just across the street. The free trolley to all the shops & restaurants was close to main entrance of the Excelsior condo complex. The condo kitchen had everything you need to cook up a nice meal. I felt like I just moved in & didn't want to leave. The pool was so refreshing & had plenty of lounge chairs & umbrellas. I look forward to my next vacation & will definitely recomment this condo to my family & friends.
