Beachfront house on Potomac-Chesapeake Bay
Goditi le splendide vedute di Chesapeake e una spiaggia di sabbia bianca fine in questa spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia per famiglie. Cinque camere da letto completamente arredate possono ospitare fino a un massimo di otto. Piscina privata interrata in fibra di vetro (installata 2019). Eccellente pesca, kayak / rafting / canoa (portalo tu!), nuoto, beachcombing, crabbing, barbecue / pic-nic ed escursioni. Delfini, falchi pescatori, aquile calve, pellicani e colibrì vivono nella zona. In 8-15 minuti di auto troverete ristoranti, negozi, vigneti, negozi di antiquariato, barche da pesca charter, musei, un traghetto gratuito per Sunnybank e traghetti per gite di un giorno alle vicine isole di Chesapeake Bay. Solo due ore da Richmond e tre ore da Washington. Disponibile per il fine settimana, affitto settimanale o mensile.
Nota: la casa è limitata ai non fumatori. Gli affittuari sono tenuti a portare teli da bagno e da spiaggia, sapone e asciugamani di carta (lenzuola fornite). Abbiamo una rigorosa politica di non animali domestici. La casa deve essere in condizioni "come trovato" alla partenza, compresa la pulizia della biancheria da letto utilizzando la lavatrice / asciugatrice locale. Il pernottamento è limitato agli ospiti registrati che non superano in totale le otto persone (è previsto un supplemento per più di sei ospiti durante la notte).

The pictures of the home that are posted really do no justice to the home, you have to see it! It was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, and had everything you could need! (Besides towels, bring your own!) The hosts were wonderful to talk to and helpful, they really want you to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect if you want a relaxing stay. You are pretty far away from any 'fun' things to do, so this is perfect for a quiet, semi-secluded getaway, which is just what we wanted. The pool and patio were wonderful! With the bay beach right in the backyard. I traveled with children aged 2-18 and there were things there for all of them to do and plenty of room for all of us. The pool, firepit, large yard, the beach, the house is packed with games and a closet full of outside toys and games...they really have thought of it all! Walmart and Food Lion both deliver groceries there, which made our stay even more convenient!My only 'negative'- The biting flies. Which of course is not something the hosts can really help with, it's nature. But there were 2 full days of our trip we couldn't enjoy the pool, yard, or beach and were stuck inside because we all got bit so badly. Bug spray did not seem to help at all. Without the fly issues, this would be hands down our favorite beach house we have rented so far, it really is the perfect getaway!! You really have to see it in person to appreciate how lovely it is!!

We absolutely love this home. We have stayed here several times and the view is amazing and the home is very comfortable. We saw bald eagles each day and collected sea glass. Although the weather did not cooperate, we did enjoy visiting new areas.

This was our second year spending a week in Ophelia and it was fantastic! The kids enjoyed the beach and pool as expected. The adults were able to have peace and relaxation in the quiet neighborhood. Mark was responsive and gave a quick update on the house amenities. We had a blast! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark & Val’s property! The location was perfect and our girls loved the pool. Although Hurricane Erin tried to ruin our trip, we still had days of perfect sunshine! We would absolutely stay here again.
