We went to Seattle to look at graduate school for my daughter at UW. This tiny home was absolutely perfect. ALL of the beds were really comfortable. Since it's so close to Ravenna Ravine, waking to bird song was divine. Despite being in the city, it's at the end of a dead-end street and therefore very quiet. Eric was the perfect balance of being basically immediately available if/when needed but giving us absolute privacy. I would highly recommend.

Eric was so helpful during our stay in his tiny home. The space was small but well appointed and in a fantastic neighborhood. The house is at the end of a dead end street so it’s quiet and very dark. If you are going to use the beds in the lofts, the ladders can be tough to get around, but other than that it’s a truly lovely tiny home!!!

Eric is a great host, very good communications. Quiet neighborhood, able to walk to stores and restaurants. AC was a bonus as the weather was warm. We will book here again.

Clean, stylish, comfortable! Hot water/shower was tricky but it is a tiny house with a tiny hot water heater that seems to either be on or off. Didn’t bother us much. Great WiFi, even im the patio area. Comfy beds, nice linens, well-appointed kitchen, good location. Thank you!

Cute little neighborhood, enjoyed the little bunnies running around and all the beautiful flowers! The house it’s self was cute and perfect for just the two of us for the week. We enjoyed our stay!

I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a super clean, comfortable fun place to stay in the Seattle area.. My kids loved the loft beds and I was able to make breakfast and late night snacks easily for everyone! We arrived very late but Eric made check in a breeze! I will never stay in a hotel again! Definitely our go to spot in Seattle from now on!

This was a last minute booking and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The tiny house was amazing. Everything you could want and a fire place to cozy up to at the end of a long travel day! Eric is an incredible host! I will definitely stay here again!!!

Our family of four stayed for 16 nights in the Craftsman Corridor while undergoing a remodel project in our home. It was the perfect home away from home! The layout is very thoughtfully designed and it is equipped with everything you need. The fire is also very cozy. The host was extremely quick to respond to any requests or needs. We would definitely stay again in the future!

I stayed here with my daughters while visiting one who lives at UW. It was a ten minute drive to drop her back off at the dorms, and we all got to stay together and I was able to cook for her in the kitchen. This house is tiny, but comfortably fits the 6 it sleeps. I was also able to cook soup (I brought my own dutch oven pot, but everything else was there) and it has a near full fridge for groceries. (It doesn't have a microwave, just FYI. Not a complaint--just for planning purposes. I imagine a microwave would take up much of the counterspace!) The house is clean and decorated nicely--it even had a potato peeler. You would not know it was a tiny house when in the bathroom--It was better than some hotels. The teenagers loved the "bunk" beds and we had a great time. Eric is an awesome host--there is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet... we were there during a snow storm but I would guess quiet is still the neighborhood norm! There is even a cute table outside to enjoy when it's not snowing. :) I will definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter. It was nice to be able to sit on real furniture vs hotel beds and make a meal together. Thanks, Eric!

Small, but perfectly decorated, spaced, and very quiet peaceful neighborhood.

We rented this property for some friends who came to town and if we didn’t live just sixty seconds away, we’d rent it for ourselves sometime!

We had a nice stay in the tiny house - 2 parents, 2 kids. Each kid got a lift bed on opposite ends of the house, which worked great. Location is great - quiet dead end street near so many amenities. Place was well stocked, though we could have used a toaster. Check in/out was easy & host was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Thank you!

We loved this adorable and well-appointed little house. The bed was quite comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet so we slept well. The only downside we noted was that the hot water for the shower ran out with two showers back to back. After that it was just lukewarm. We'd happily stay here again.

This was perfect for the overflow guests attending our mini family reunion less than a mile away (myself and my adult niece and nephew). We three enjoyed our coffee and breakfasts together and spent our days and evening with our extended family. It might be tight for six adults unless they know each other very well, but I think that's clear from the description and photos. I'd definitely book it again and have already recommended it to others.

The location was convenient to the UW district, and walking distance from several restaurants. It was interesting staying in a tiny house. It was in a very nice neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Love the tiny home! The bed was comfortable; the furnishings, the views, the neighborhood were all great! We would definitely stay again.

Property was just as advertised, except the neighborhood exceeded our (high) expectations! My twin teens loved having their own loft beds and we parked our car for our entire visit because UW is walkable (and/or accessible by foot or Lime bike), not to mention Seattle’s new (to me!) subway system. The UW stop made it easy for us to spend a day riding a ferry and visiting the wharf without navigating city traffic. Everything in the house was perfect. Several grocery stores nearby. Key pad worked perfectly each time. Thank you! We’ll be back!

We saw this property on the site and decided we had to stay here. It was truly an experience. It was a good location and had all we needed.

We stayed for one night in this beautiful tiny home! Very clean and nicely decorated and the beds were really comfortable too! Located in a cute little town I would definitely recommend this place!
