Overall it was a great trip and great location but several issues need to be addressed. 2 of the 3 beds (frames) were broken. The elevator never worked. The dishwasher is outdated. Master suite bedroom sliding door hardly opens or closes. Our biggest complaint was getting locked out of the unit for two hours and the only response from the property manager was “sorry “. No attempts were made or offered to compensate us for the missed time of our vacation. We asked for 2 hr later checkout time as a way to make amends and they would agree for an additional 50 to do so! No customer service or appreciation exhibited at all!

On arrival the door code did not work. The office staff could not fix it and sent a technician. When the technician finally got the door opened we discovered that the heat did not work. An HVAC tech was sent, and another technician came with space heaters and discovered that several electrical outlets did not work. Meanwhile, the office staff offered another condo but we declined. Short story is that it took three technicians about two and a half hours to make the condo habitable. The condo is nice, in a great location, with a great view. The office staff and technicians were friendly and professional. However, they should have made sure that the place was habitable before we arrived.
