Overall the place was nice with a great location. However many of the dishes in the cabinets were put away dirty or wet and had mold on them.

Property was clean well and well maintained. Pool was nice, beach access was great. Only complaint was the WIFI which was not working and had to stay on site waiting for it to be fixed. Not a problem for the property manager but they made sure that Comcast came and fixed it, which they did but we wasted a whole day waiting for someone to show up. Overall we had a great stay, would come again.

AC was unable to turn below 70 & it was hot 🥵
Advertising & property manager stated that we would have 2 parking spots. This is IMPORTANT because Tybee is a pay to park town. When we got there our room only had one. The other car had to park in the “unmarked” parking. There are only a few of these inside the gate and were almost impossible to come by. This should be stated more clearly to potential renters.
VERY close and convenient to the north beach and lighthouse.
Overall good experience
