Pros: Great location for a weeklong visit to Chicago with a Park ‘n Ride at the Blue line station a few miles away in Cumberland. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Very close to O’Hare but airplane noise wasn’t bothersome. There was a nice park and lake within walking distance and plenty of shopping and dining options within a few miles. Appreciated all the complimentary coffee, cereals, and snacks….very nice touch. Plenty of space for the kids to play. Bedrooms were a nice size. Great to have laundry availability. Kitchen was functional. Ice maker doesn’t work but there was a bag of ice in the freezer. Plenty of clean towels in the closet. Mohammad was a responsive host and easy to reach. Cons: If you’re looking for modern or fancy, keep scrolling. This is an older house, likely built in the 50’s or 60’s, and not updated at all. Floors are VERY creaky throughout. There were no washcloths, which would have been nice. Several half used shampoos, conditioners, body washes and loofas in the shower did not appeal. Pillows and mattresses were hard, and that’s just not my preference. Light switch covers made some outlets impossible to use. Parking was a bit misrepresented as there was a boat parked intermittently in the driveway making use of the garage not possible.

The home was very comfortable and kid friendly. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park and a lake within walking distance. Mohammed is an awesome host. What I enjpyed most was staying at a home and not having a list of 50 rules to follow. Just treat his home as you would your own. The beds were very comfortable. We had 3 adults and 2 children. The twin beds were perfect for the kids, and the adults had plenty of room to relax. I would definitely stay here again. Also 5 min from O'Hare and I did not hear the planes at all. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We would love to come back and visit

The property had many added things we did not expect but were very nice. Those were coffee pots, spice packets, cereal, a fire pit and showers that were stocked with supplies. The location worked well for our group as we had a couple fly into O'Hare. One thing to mention is that is a little more than a mile from the Metra train station in Des Plaines which can take you downtown for about $6. Finally great communication with the owner! I would stay again!

My family and I drove up from Louisville, KY for the Taylor Swift concert. The location was comfortable and perfect for our needs.

This home is located in a nice neighborhood near O'Hare Airport, making it very convenient for all of our needs. The home is just as pictured and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator.

The house was incredibly spacious and clean. well stocked and had so many things to make our stay even better than any hotel. The snacks and coffee bar was such a nice touch. the owner really made us feel comfortable at home. incredibly quick to respond and answer questions. everything was perfect, i highly reccomend this spot to stay if you want to be in the heart of everything in rosemont!

It was a nice eye catching home to catch up with family. Easy check in, as well as check out. It was my second time being here and it was just lovely.

Actually our first experience with a Vrbo. I can say we are never using a hotel again. It was much more comfortable and relaxing to be in a home we could all gather around in the living room or the dining table. The home was beautiful and spacious. Split level set up, living room, kitchen and dining on main level. 4 bedrooms upstairs and a finished basement downstairs. Downstairs has a full laundry. The home is excellent for a large family gathering. The younger children took over the basement while the adults used the main floor, so each group had their own areas to relax. Well stocked, plenty of extra pillows, blankets, air mattresses and towels. Great location, grocery and several restaurants literally just around the corner. Very quiet neighborhood. We were surprised being right next to Ohare airport. Plane noise was minimal, we really didn’t notice any plane noise except while outside. Even then it wasn’t loud. All in all a great experience, host was very easy to get ahold of and all information we needed was provided well in advance of our trip. Would definitely recommend this property and Mohammed as a host. Next time we have to go to Chicago will certainly check if this property is available.

My husband and I, our oldest daughter and her boyfriend did the drive from Minnesota to Illinois to do our Thanksgiving dinner for our youngest daughter who has relocated. The home has EVERYTHING, and I say home, because literally, pots, pans, coffee, filters, fresh towels, comfy beds, choices of shampoos, silverware, cereal, extra blankets and simply the comforts of really feeling like a home away from home. Not a rental property or hotel. A home. Mohamed kept us in the loop of things and was extremely helpful with everything. We will be back for sure.

This property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Although very close to O'Hare Airport, it was quiet, not busy and peaceful. House sits on a corner lot, so yard area is very spacious. Overall the house is cared for and organized. It's a "weathered" property. Some refreshing will go a long way. The house shows the wear and tear of its years and use of tenants that did not care for it as they should. Just a heads-up the floors in the area of the bedrooms are super noisy. If you have babies or those that have trouble sleeping...it may be a challenge with the noise. Any motion on the floors will announce to all of that movement. There are steps in this property and can cause a challenge to those with mobility issues and little children. Overall it's a good property that can be great. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again. Mohammed is very responsive and polite. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time, great location close to the airport and other activities, right by the park is a plus for things to do with the kids. The house was enough room for us all and we didn’t have any issues. Definitely infant friendly with bath, Highchair and play pen that was provided.

We visited in early August for a sports competition with coaches and some family members. There was plenty of space for all and very comfortable. Easy access to freeways and plenty of parking making travel simple. The coffee and snack bar helped make things easier for grab and go and easy instructions for everything to use in the home. The house was clean, convenient to the airport and to the Northwest Suburbs and NorthWestern Chicago. The host was very communicative and cooperative. The furniture is dated and there are some small issues but overall a great location and the beds and house was very comfortable. I would definitely use this house again.

My wife and I traveled out to see our 2 sons who are both located in the Chicago area. We were looking for a simple place to hang out, visit, play some games, and share some meals. The place was perfect for that.

I admit that I was dubious that a place so very close to the airport would be quiet. But indeed, in four days and nights we never heard a plane. There were up to eight of us, in and out, some nights more and some less. It comfortably slept eight. Two of us were under-12 kids who woke up early. The downstairs (sort of basement) area was far enough away from the bedrooms that they could play without waking the rest of us (including those in from the Pacific Time Zone) up. There were a few quirks with the house (e.g. in the downstairs shower, hot was to the right, not the left; squeaky floors), but it made it more home-y, rather than being annoying. Be aware that there is no dishwasher. That would have been convenient, but wasn't that big a deal to us. If it's a big deal to you, well, don't make yourself unhappy. The supply of coffee was a very nice touch, and greatly appreciated.

Very comfy and was very spacious. Location is super quiet and everything was shoveled and salted upon our arrival! The complimentary coffee and breakfast items was awesome! Super close location to shopping , food, and highway. Mohammed was very quick to respond and check up!
