Great location, easy check-in process, friendly professional security staff, safe area of the city, plenty of dining/shopping options nearby, reasonable quality amenities and a comfortable bed, not too much noise. All is as appears in the pics ie not misleading.

Cleaners could pay a little more attention to detail in making sure all the long dark hair from previous guests is removed from the bathroom. Could be problematic if your girlfriend comes over. Hahaha. Otherwise a great stay. There was also an unusual noise that one could here every 5-10 mins. Possibly from water pipes? Almost sounded like a small cat. Didn't affect my sleep or stay though.

Everything was value for money

The location is excellent, just a five minutes walk to Ayala Mall, and that's the main reason for booking this apartment. Also the view from the 10th floor is nice, and Netflix on a large screen in perfect quality is a big plus. Many mirrors in the room. The in-house shop is very convenient, the guards very friendly and helpful, and there is also a small rooftop pool and a gym. Totally value for money but for a longer stay, a few things have to be fixed to make it comfortable.

What's not so good is the rather dated furniture, and the bathroom. Water pressure is low and the sliding door to the shower is heavy and very hard to move. And the AC is dripping water onto the balcony.

Very good location, near Ayala center and loved the pool on the top floor. The apartment it's small but with nice views of Cebu hills and with beautiful sunsets. It´s equipped with all necessary utensils you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bed is comfortable and the toilet big enought. The host was texting all the details you need to check in.

For the price I paid would be unfair to find out something I didn't like.

You can not get a better location in Cebu. 3 block walk to Ayala Mall, many restaurants and bars close. The building has a great pool and adequate work out facility. The apartment has great amenities down to the mattress towels and kitchen.
