The property was absolutely great, such a clean and nice hostel. The staff are very warm and helpful, would absolutely recommend this as a high value option if you’re planning a Banff or Canmore trip. The common areas have a lot of board games, there is shuttle and bus connectivity to the lakes or Banff. Lots of good restaurants and convenience stores right in the plaza. The bathrooms were very clean and the rooms and beds were comfortable.

Overall ambience of the hostel. Very convenient to reach other amenities closeby. Friendly staff. Car parking facility.
Despite being the quiet time, some visitors keep banging on the door when they close it, which created disturbance to my sleep as my berth was next to the door. Kitchen should actually have complimentary tea or coffee though I understand that I should bring what I want to cook and eat. But, having a coffee or tea as a complimentary thing won't hurt anyone.
