Questa è un'unità al 1 ° piano di fronte all'oceano. Questa unità è dotata di telefono, TV via cavo con 3 TV a schermo piatto e arredi, inclusi elettrodomestici da cucina, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Questa unità dispone di 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e un patio esterno che si apre dall'ampio soggiorno che si affaccia sulle dune e sul lungomare. Ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale (aggiornato a luglio 2016). Il bagno principale fuori dalla camera da letto è stato rinnovato con una cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti singoli. Il divano del salotto e il divano sono stati aggiornati a giugno 2016. La cucina è una stanza aperta e ben illuminata con faretti a soffitto e ripiani ed elettrodomestici aggiornati. Il posto perfetto per venire e rilassarsi, rilassarsi e dormire al suono dell'oceano.

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was attractive and quiet, as well as well equipped. The furniture was comfortable, both couches, the dining table and chairs and the beds. We were just steps away from the private boardwalk to the beach. We spent most of each day on the beach—-the beach was beautiful, not crowded, and a nice mix of ages. While the condo we stayed in didn’t allow pets, we were delighted by all the dogs on the beach (leashed, of course). I didn’t realize that St Augustine Beach was so pet friendly. If you are looking for a pleasant, peaceful and restorative experience you could t go wrong with this property.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice unit and enjoyed amenities like pool, tennis/pickleball courts and of course being so close to beach.

This is our third time staying in this unit. It is well-stocked, near the beach, and on the first floor! It is on the oceanside, but there is no ocean view, which isn't a problem for us. We like this unit and its location! Near grocery and great restaurants.
