Presidential Bungalow

Clean, fresh, room to move, love all the plants around the villa

Could not find a dust pan and brush but that is minor, my only major issue was when I asked reception a couple of questions and got the answer I don’t know it is not one of our villas, they where basic questions but I feel they could have answered them

The villa was comfortable, the bed was soft and so was the lounge. BBQ in the villa was awesome. Heaters were beautiful! Shower was hot!

There was no shampoo or conditioner as stated on the paperwork at the villa. There was no soap holder in the shower in 1 bathroom so I had to lean out of the shower to put the soap on the bench whilst washing..We emailed the villa people direct requesting a bedding configuration which they offered, but they said they didn’t get it-it was sent. The cutlery and saucepans and kettle were sub par. Plastic kettles are not healthy at all. Saucepan was still dirty from previous user. Cutlery cheap and bent on use. The facilities in the compound-we used the Spa-jets were amazing once we were in. The spa is very dangerous to get in and out of. A huge safety concern, especially when there are a lot of elderly staying here. The metal bar that sits in the water as you step down from the paving, we both slipped. The last step down into the spa is horrendous and not safe at all. The paving around the spa had black mould in the between the paving and the paving was slippery. I sent info to Gavin however no reply was had from him.

Very good gated location close to the beach and towm centre

Facilities just looks a bit tired but all are clean and maintained. Tea and coffee minimal amount left and wasn’t refilled prior our arrival

The units were great value for money for units that slept 7 people in each unit ……well stocked with board games, Xbox, dishwasher etc

Lots of things not working……hair dryer, clothes dryer, spa jets, broken wooden louvre on wooden slats and the cleaning was not up to scratch
