Una casa in pietra bianca situata su una dolce collina con bella vista sulla costa di Vendicari. Una strada sterrata si inerpica, partendo da un’incontaminata spiaggia di sabbia dorata, verso l’entroterra e conduce fino a un cancello. Dietro questo si nasconde Casa Pizzuta tra gli ulivi di una vasta tenuta che confina in lontananza con gli scavi di Eloro, una città greca risalente al V secolo a.C. che fu distrutta durante la conquista della Sicilia da parte degli arabi. Casa Pizzuta offre la meravigliosa combinazione di uno splendido ambiente naturale, campestre e marino insieme. A 600 metri dalla casa infatti, è ubicata una delle spiagge più belle della Sicilia, con la sua sabbia dorata circondata da profumate siepi di rosmarino, timo, mirto, bosso e lentisco, tipiche della macchia mediterranea, e intervallata da bianche scogliere di rocce arenarie che si immergono in un incredibile mare turchese. A sud di questa spiaggia vi è la riserva costiera di Vendicari che si estende per 10 km fino a San Lorenzo, vicino al villaggio di pescatori di Marzamemi. Appena a nord della spiaggia vi è la piccola località balneare di Lido di Noto, questa ha un lungomare con bar, gelaterie e una bella spiaggia. A 6 km si trova la città barocca di Noto, patrimonio dell’UNESCO.

Casa Pizzuta ha un grande giardino con tanti mandorli. La casa ha una grande terrazza coperta ed è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, due bei bagni con bidet, doccia e wc e un soggiorno con una cucina essenziale, un tavolo da pranzo e un divano letto matrimoniale. Dal soggiorno si accede ad una terrazza coperta. Più in là nel giardino vi è un’altra terrazza con sedie a sdraio e una bellissima vista sulla costa.



A white stone house situated on a hill with beautiful views of the coast of Vendicari. A dirt road climbs, starting with a pristine golden sand beach, inland and leads up to a gate. Behind this lurks Casa Pizzuta among the olive trees of a large estate that borders in the distance with the excavations of Eloro, a Greek city dating from the fifth century BC which it was destroyed during the conquest of Sicily by the Arabs. Casa Pizzuta offers the wonderful combination of beautiful natural environment, rural and marine together. At 600 meters from the house in fact, it is located one of the most beautiful beaches of Sicily, with its golden sand surrounded by fragrant hedges of rosemary, thyme, myrtle, boxwood and mastic trees, typical of the Mediterranean, and interspersed with white sandstone cliffs They immerse themselves in an incredible turquoise sea. To the south of this beach there is the coastal reserve of Vendicari that extends for 10 km until San Lorenzo, near the village of Marzamemi. Just north of the beach there is the small seaside resort of Lido di Noto, this has a promenade with cafes, ice cream shops and a beautiful beach. At 6 km is the baroque town of Noto, heritage of ‘UNESCO.

Casa Pizzuta has a large garden with lots of almond trees. The house has a large covered terrace and consists of a double bedroom, two nice bathrooms with bidet, shower and toilet and a living room with a basic kitchen, a dining table and a sofa bed. The living room leads to a covered terrace. Further out in the garden there is another terrace with deck chairs and a beautiful view of the coast.
