Questo bellissimo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato si trova al terzo piano di un edificio classificato di Grado I, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione termale di Bath e ancora più vicino all'Abbazia di Bath, alle Terme Romane, al centro commerciale Southgate e allo stadio di Bath Rugby - The Rec . Toby's and Lyndsays place is absolutely amazing! It's in the perfect location right next to everything. The lift worked perfectly. The apartment was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

The host was very responsive, and because we arrived early contacted us the minute the suite was ready, which we really appreciated. There was a heat wave and she brought up an extra fan in anticipation, which we really needed. Location was excellent, just a few blocks from the train station and steps to the Roman Baths, central shops and restaurants, and the river. You have to appreciate an old historic buildings and the pros and cons that come with.

Easily 5 star but..

Cons
Stepped on sharp nails of carpet holder below the door of kitchen - big ouch, half of the carpet holding strip was exposed we had baby so had to be vigilant whole time
Bedroom radiators remain mildly warm combined with single glazing window's it was two cold nights (living and passage heating was brilliant)
We almost locked ourself out of building as seems building entrance code is disabled after certain time. So make sure you do not leave without the keys
Terrible dated lift have to wash hands everytime touched the gate or it smelled like iron - but it's nice to have it or else imagine you have to walk 3 floors

Parking 5 min walk £17.5 a day
**There is an access to the flat from next door room from outside which you can't lock from inside which was bit nerve wrecking for me (may be it's just me)**
On positive note.. you can see so much efforts were made by the owners so keep it up... it will 5 star once the above Cons are taken care off- especially the ability to not lock the secondary door from inside
