A pochi minuti da una delle più belle spiagge della Carolina del Nord o pochi minuti a piedi dal famoso lungofiume del centro di Wilmington. La nostra casa è nel cuore di tutti i tipi di ristoranti ea pochi minuti da Mayfield. Questo è un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi. Questa casa di 1750 mq offre un piano inferiore con letto king-size e un nuovo bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore due camere da letto e un secondo bagno con una combinazione vasca / doccia. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV U4 e soggiorno ha TV U4 a grande schermo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare tutto ciò che il tuo cuore desidera. C'è anche una griglia a carbone da 40 pollici per il vostro uso. Il tavolo da cucina può ospitare 6 e un mangiare al bar che può ospitare 5. L'area del patio posteriore è lì per il tuo divertimento totale dotato di un ventilatore a parete per quelle serate più calde che vuoi ancora sederti fuori. Questa area patio è dove si trova la griglia per l'uso. Il tavolo da giardino può ospitare 4. Questa area è recintata per la tua privacy.

This home is one of the cleanest, loveliest homes we've ever stayed in. We are picky about beds and loved the bed in the master. The host thought of everything and more, including extra toiletries, tons of towels and blankets, extra spices in pantry, tea, coffee, etc....it was just about perfect!

Townhouse was well equipped with plenty of room for us to have a comfortable stay with a small child. Convenient to the beach, services, restaurants and down town.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property. Great location close to lots! The condo was well decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed while there. The owners are very responsive, easy to work with and thought of every detail in making guests feel comfortable by supplying the house with everything you would need. We will be back for sure.

We needed a place to stay for a quick trip to Wilmington. This place was perfect! My daughter was excited to have her own room and bathroom. There was plenty of space for us. The pool was an added bonus!!

We overall satisfied with our stay at Seaside Farmhouse. The pictures and descriptions on the listing were accurate and we had no issues with the stay. Communication was good with the property owner and any and alll questions we had were answered. The property was clean and well maintained. The only thing that we could say is bring extra laundry items if you plan on doing some laundry during your stay and probably extra toilet paper if you have a group or family with you. The location was conveniently located near the beaches and downtown and we would come back and stay again!

Perfect distance from the craziness of beach traffic and to go shopping for whatever u may need. Very clean and love the little things that the owners add for take home souvenirs. We enjoyed our stay!!!

The townhome had everything we needed for our stay, including linens, towels, bath tissue, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. There were also nice touches beyond what was needed, like a bottle of wine and K cups for the coffee maker. The house was very clean and comfortable, and it was close to several restaurants, downtown, and beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, well appointed with all the details. Lovely farmhouse decor. We were in town for a race at Brunswick Nature Park. Great for 2 couples with 2 floors for privacy. Good communication with owner when a couple of questions came up.

This place was great!! It was so close to everything we needed and only ~10-15 from the beach. It was in a quaint neighborhood and everyone was very respectful of one another. The home was beautifully maintained and it’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into what would make guests feel welcome there. Highly recommend.

Very nice townhouse. Room for all of us. We had a wonderful time. Suggestion to maybe had more comfortable chairs in the living room. But of course we missed our own recliners at home lol being over 60 yrs old group. Lol. And supply more paper products with five of us for a week. Over all things were wonderful

This place was perfect for our group of 5 in town for a wedding weekend. Place was exceptionally clean and was just a short 10 minute drive into downtown Wilmington. Quiet neighborhood and the parking in front was a huge plus! We would definitely come back and stay again.

Best VRBO rental yet! Everything was supplied from personal care items to wine w/ keepsake wine glasses, nice linens, duraflame log, spices for cooking, laundry soap and dishwashing soap. The home is very cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Owners were very responsive. Great location, everything is within a 2 mile radius, including River Front. It was the perfect place for a small family gathering for the Holidays! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Wilmington.

The place was located to everything we were used to when we visit Wilmington. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Check in was very easy. They had a welcome book of all instructions you may have had questions on. They had everything we needed to feel comfortable. They answered all our questions we had in a timely manner. They were very accommodating when we needed to extend our days.
Also, they left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy and souvenirs (wine glasses and coasters) for us to take home

We were supposed to be in Myrtle Beach for the weekend visiting our daughter for parents weekend however we decided to pick her up and head a little north to escape Hurricane Ian. Was so glad to stumble upon this awesome townhome. The decor was so inviting and even better in person. Kitchen was stocked and we cooked some great meals. Loved the wine and glasses and coasters that were left for us. The beds were so comfortable and all the little extra touches did not go unnoticed! 10 mins from wrightsville beach and about 10 from downtown wilmington. We highly recommend Genki Sushi that is close by. Our girls wanted to go back again but they were booked!! Thanks so much for a great weekend, we rested, played games and recharged with our girls. Randy was so responsive and very helpful.

We had a great stay at the Seaside Farmhouse. Everything was so welcoming and just like in the pictures. It was so nice to be close to the beach and close to the city. The pool is also a bonus! Check in and out was easy and it was great to have a key code so we didn’t have to keep track of keys or share them between adults. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome accommodations and location!!
This property was exactly how it was pictured on line. There location is central to everything (dining, beaches and Historic Downtown Wilmington). Neighborhood was quiet and we made friends at the pool. I would highly recommend if you need to stay in Wilmington!!!

Nicely decorated, rooms were comfortable, kitchen ok, no ice in freezer, no local television; no dvd player; streaming was a welcome alternative; master bed needs to be replaced as mattress was not firm. Location was perfect for travel to Front St. as well as to beaches.

The house is located in a nice townhouse neighborhood. It’s super close to all the shops and grocery. The host is friendly and responded super fast of any questions we had. It was clean and I loved the interior! Kitchen has everything you need and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the short ways to downtown and the beach.

The property managers do a great job making you feel welcome, and there was a very detailed notebook outlining the important aspects for your stay. This is a prime location, super close to restaurants, stores and the beach. My daughter attends the university there and it is my goal to make the Sea Side Farm House my home away from home while visiting.

Lovely Townhome in Wilmington
This property was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the convenience of the 2-minute ride downtown. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected and we also believed we rented a house, not a townhouse. Overall, however, this was a great find.
