Host was wonderful, very welcoming and responsive. Perfect location to watch the waves and relax and read. Plenty to sightsee and parks to visit. Many restaurants to choose from and shopping was very convenient. Great time had by all!

Owners appear to be very nice people and did answer any correspondence promptly
However, upon arrival we were astounded to see how little room they gave us to put our belongings. Owner occupied about 70 percent of space for their personal belongings More than expected draws were locked and total clutter in closet areas. This is not acceptable and since owners were hours away we were in a no win situation. So we made due for 2 months.
Also stove door when opened scraped against the wall.
Also smoke alarm went off 8 times with minimal cooking. We did have appliance guy come in who said one of burners was covered with foil possibly rectifying problem but it didnt.
Also one of bathroom sinks was clogged and plumber had to be called. This I could give a pass to but two bottles of drano were underneath vanity leading me to believe this may be a recurring issue. Plumber did rectify that issue
Outdoor balcony had wonderful view but no screen door.
Also no garbage disposal.
As a renter I dont expect paradise but do expect to have a comfort level for a 2 month stay. As i said we made due but hope the owners make changes to create a more comfortable environment,
