La proprietà si trova nella famosa Urbanizacion Plaza Del Sol. Si trova nel centro di Torrevieja, a 150 metri dalla famosa spiaggia di Playa Los Locos. Qui non ti senti in una città, Plaza Del Sol è come un'oasi incantevole nel mezzo di Torrevieja. La lussureggiante area piscina ha l'erba reale e grandi palme. Quando ti siedi sulla terrazza sul tetto e guardi sui tetti sembra più di essere in una vecchia città spagnola. Di notte è magico sedersi sulla terrazza sul tetto e guardare le stelle. L'appartamento ha una cucina rinnovata di recente, 2 camere da letto, 1 soggiorno, 1 bagno con WC + 1 bagno per gli ospiti e 2 incantevoli balconi con vista sulla piscina e al di sopra di tutto una splendida terrazza privata sul tetto. Nella prima camera da letto c'è un letto matrimoniale largo 160 cm, nella seconda camera da letto ci sono 2 letti a castello per 4 persone. Il soggiorno ha una TV, un divano ad angolo e un set da pranzo per 6 persone. La cucina comprende fornello, frigorifero / congelatore, macchina per il caffè, bollitore. Nel locale lavanderia / pulizia c'è una lavatrice e uno stendino. Completamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza meravigliosa. I due balconi sono attrezzati con tavolo e sedie. Sulla terrazza sul tetto ci sono tavoli / sedie / cuscini / ombrelloni e due comodi divani letto in ferro. Unità di aria condizionata in entrambe le camere da letto e zona soggiorno / cucina per raffreddamento e riscaldamento. L'affitto include anche Wifi e Tv con canali scandinavi e internazionali. È a soli 150 metri dalla bella spiaggia di Playa de Los Locos (la maggior parte di sabbia fine e una parte pietrosa meno affollata) ea soli 900 metri dalla famosa spiaggia di Playa del Cura. Ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari nelle strade appena fuori. Più shopping è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi sul lungomare. Il centro commerciale Habaneras si trova a 2,5 km di distanza. 15 minuti a piedi dal capolinea degli autobus di Torrevieja (anche possibile prendere un taxi da lì), e solo 45 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Alicante.

We stayed for two months and we had a great time. You have a lot of space inside and outside. In summer it would be even much better because there comes no sun in the house or on the balconies. Only on the rooftop you can sit in the sun.
The bathroom needs an upgrade but we heard that's what the owners have planned to do. The kitchen is quite new and has everything you need.
You're at the beach in two minutes walk! It's the most quiet part so that's great. And it's a nice 10 minutes walk on the boulevard to the more busy part if you want.
The bed linen and the couch is a bit dingy. But everything was clean.
There's no place for a bike so beware of that if you want to hire one for more than a day. We didn't know (we didn't asked before) so we had to carry one bike two floors upstairs (there's no elevator) to our balcony. A lady downstairs was so kind to let our other bike in the garage but we could only get the bike if she was at home to unlock the door.
The contact with the owners of the apparent and the man who does the check in and out was very pleasant. We think it's a great place to stay for anyone!

the apartment was clean. it looks bigger in the photos. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of amenities. The double bed is very small and the mattresses are uncomfortable and are also very thin. The swimming pool is neat, but it is not suitable for children. They are not allowed to play with a ball or on an air mattress, they must play quietly. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. There are many supermarkets nearby, within walking distance. nice boulevard with delicious restaurants. And the center is also nearby.

We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15.
Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace!
Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options.
Apartment has everything you can think of including bags, inflatables and chairs for the beach.
We had one small issue with WiFi which the owners were quick to help us on. The local host was also very accommodating.
All in all we had a lovely stay. With a few minor improvements (new bedding, New towels) and a few very minor faults fixed, this could be even better.

We may well return again to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Great property , great location , just by playa de los locos . Central for everything. My only criticism would be that as a standard across the world , generally, bed sheets and pillow cases are included and expected as part of your booking. It seems totally wrong to try and charge these as extras.

They were difficult for me to get on..
The AC had buckets that you had to empty regular...down the toilet..
Really annoying...fearful they would over flow .
An egg smell came from the drains when you pulled bath plug...
Had to strip beds and tidy up before we left..even tho we paid 120 for cleaner..
I also thought the place was not very clean....tidy tho
Windows were very dirty..
The main issue I had was that someone decided to do building work on one of the apt terraces..
5 days of drilling and banging...it was to much..
This would suit healthy young people...
But for me it just reminded me that on holiday..
I want to do nothing..
Large place...worth the money...but not for me..

Hyggelig lejlighed
Meget hyggelig og charmerende lejlighed og god beliggenhed.
Spiste morgenmad hver dag på terrassen, og kunne godt bruge lidt mere behagelige/praktiske havemøbler.
Ellers var alt godt.

Shabby not Chic
We spent 3 months at this property , the first month of our stay the weather was a bit cool so we had no need of the air conditioning and did not realise there was a problem. When it was needed we discovered that only the downstairs AC was working , 2 bedrooms were not ,we contacted Klaus from Scandiservice who bent over backwards to have it fixed but it became apparent that this was an ongoing problem that we had not been told about before booking the property ( there had been correspondence with the owners where they had the opportunity to let us know ) very disappointed doesn't come close. Klaus brought us a fan which was much appreciated, we couldn't fault him for trying. Eventually he suggested we contacted the owners direct as he was having no success of having it fixed, by then we were into our third month and decided we didn't want to waste anymore of our holiday time , even though many nights were spent sleeping on the sofa downstairs in the cool. Also the photos of the property were not up to date, the roof terrace was very tired looking & although the daybeds were comfortable , the screen/carpet & wall hangings had seen better days & we didn't attempt to use the BBQ .The balcony furniture was rusty and flaking paint so the taking of photos was disappointing . In saying all that we had no fault with anything else, it was spotlessly clean, the pool area was fab but unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again . I would like to say it was shabby chic but is was just shabby.

We loved the clean apartement, excellent WiFi, much cutlery (its oviously not in all apartements like this!), the clean beach and the excellent waves, sunset and shops along the boulevard. supermarket (named consum) is very near and with a bus from alicante we were in 1 hour for little money from town to town. its very optimal for children too on my opinion ;)

Beau sejour
Bel appartement très bien équipé. Il ne manque vraiment rien. On se croirait à la maison. Piscine magnifique. La plage est à moins de 2 min. Tout peux se faire à pied sans problème. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Séjour fin septembre période idéale pour les jeunes enfants.

El apartamento estaba muy cerca de la playa,cocina nueva, aíre acondicionado, televisión grande wifi e internet ,la piscina con poca gente,por lo general muy bien.
Lo peor algunos muebles rotos y viejos,silla Rota del comedor y ducha no se podía colgar,alguna mano de pintura en la parte de los dormitorios no le vendría mal por qué están bastante sucios .Por lo demás ,nos gustó sobre todo la ubicación de la cercanía a la playa y el horario de las piscina que es muy extenso.Gracias .

Het appartement in zijn hoedanigheid is echt meer dan oke! . Alles is aanwezig en het dakterras is onze favoriet.
We willen echter vooral de sleutelhouder (en zijn vrouw) bedanken. Wat een warm welkom en beschikbaarheid bieden deze mensen. Ze staan indien nodig voor je klaar, zijn stipt betreft afspraken en communiceren zeer helder en snel. Ze zijn helemaal fantastisch. Heel erg bedankt. ‘Jullie’ zijn goud waard!

Propre, beau, il y a tout le nécessaire pour vous sentir comme chez vous.
Lits confortables, litteries nickels, déco entre l'ancien et le moderne nous avons apprécier, la piscine propre ouverte de 10h à 15h et de 17h-22h, appartement proche de tous commerces ainsi que les plages, les restaurants vue sur sur mer juste agréable. L'appartement est juste super bien situé et nickel je recommande à 1000%
Nous avons même rajouter 2 jours supplémentaires
