Our Host, Serena, was absolutely amazing. We couldn‘t have wished for anything more. She sent us so many recomodiations for restaurants, places to go and much more. She welcomed us so happily and was there for us, if we had any questions. Our room was so beautiful. So many self made, high quality furniture, for example the designer bed with the pillows and much more. The bathroom was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our stay was so amazing. We could park in front of the apartement. For breakfast, serena got fresh fruits from the market and special sizilian croissant, sweets, cakes and much much more. If you want ro visit noto, which is stunnigly beautiful, we would very much recommend staying here. Thanks for all

Perfectly situated in Noto. All close by. The Room (that one with the Roof Terrace) was brilliant. Clean, cozy and spacious. The served breakfast was daily fresh with different sweets from around Noto and sicily. Additional wishes weren't any problem. The icing on the cake at Casa Scianna is the host Serena. From the first moment we felt heartly welcomed. She has the best recommendations for beaches, restaurants or anything else you want to see around Noto. Always chatty and smiling. The heart and soul of this place!

The B&B is very well located in Noto, decorated with taste, very confortable, and our host Serena was extremely nice and at our disposal during our stay. She is of great advice and help. I recommend 100%!

The location of the property is an uphill walk from the historic centre of Noto.

Good location in the upper part of Noto, walking distance from all the main churches and palaces. Comfortable, wide bed.

Our room had hardly any natural light. There is a tiny skylight in the roof, a window (looking out on a narrow alley) in the bathroom, and a door that allows access to a staircase leading to a terrace on the roof (which we didn't use at all, given that the weather was very cold). I can understand the advantages of no sunlight in the summer, but in the winter the room is too dark for my taste. The room is rather sparsely furnished, with stamp-sized bedside tables, no desk or table, and - as the only usable surface for a laptop - a shelf that is too high to use if you're sitting and too low if you're standing. Finally, the first night and morning we were there, there was no hot water. The manager apologized profusely and the hot water was fixed later on the morning. Upon checkout we appreciated the offer of a partial reimbursement.
