Location, location, location plus excellent atmosphere inside the apartment

Lack of common kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, sugar, dish towels, etc. made our experience less enjoyable. Our previous accommodations had all of these nice to haves plus about a dozen coffee pods. When you are traveling for several weeks, you don’t usually carry common things like that with you. We have become used to having them when we use Airbnb or Booking.com. In addition, there are 200 stairs plus some sloping cobbles to walk to get there from the point the taxi driver dropped us off. The receptionist at the main office should always give Museo des Arts de Girona as the address to give to the taxi driver, not the address of the apartment. Additionally, there is a longer walking route with many fewer stairs which we found during our stay. It was much easier to take 400 steps and about 6 stairs compared to the other route, longer but easier especially with luggage!

Wonderful location . Very spacious & well equipped. Just like the photos ! Also a great team who run the apartments. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Really enjoyed our stay here. Close walking distance to centre. Would recommend la Fabrica for breakfast, El cafe for tapas and la Garrina for the best nachos!

Renovated and fairly spacious unit. However would not stay here again due to several drawbacks.

Be aware this property located next to the shelter, and we had questionable groups of people constantly at our front door to the building which made us quite uncomfortable. The management told us there was no reports of incidents from any of those individuals towards guests however we felt anxious and uncomfortable entire stay as couple of them tried to enter behind us once and we had to stop them. In terms of inside, there was no soap at the property, how do we suppose to clean our hands ? No hanging closet space, and you can not use fireplace which is quite misleading as on the photos it presented as usable fireplace.
