Arroccato sul lato alto della strada, Blue Waters a Gerroa è una spaziosa casa su due livelli con una vista spettacolare su Seven Mile Beach e oltre ed è perfetto per una Getaway South Coast. Ospitare un massimo di 9 persone, le 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni di casa ha un sacco di spazio per tutti da diffondere.
Al piano superiore dispone di una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, che si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo e salotto che ha una grande TV a schermo piatto, DVD, Foxtel e WIFI, tutto ciò conduce al balcone che è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e prendere in visualizzazioni. La camera da letto principale con letto king size e bagno privato è anche su questo livello con il proprio balcone con vista sull'oceano.
Il livello medio dispone di 2 camere da letto entrambe con letti queen size che si affacciano sul cortile, il bagno principale con vasca separata e lavanderia completa con lavatrice e asciugatrice e accesso alla grande veranda sul retro dove troverete il barbecue e l'ambiente esterno.
Il secondo salone ha anche una grande TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e Foxtel sono al livello di entrata insieme con la camera da letto 4 che ha un letto a castello (Single in alto e doppio in basso) e il 3 ° bagno. Tutto questo situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ea soli 5 minuti da Gerringong. La biancheria è inclusa.

Blue Waters suited our three generation family group perfectly with separate levels, three bathrooms and safe rear yard. Not to mention the spectacular views and proximity to the beach and the well-stocked shop. We improved our fitness on those hills! Has everything you need.

Lovely home with fabulous view overlooking Crooked River and Berry’s Bay. Sleeping zones nicely separated. Neighbour Kylie friendly and helpful. Will be back.

We stayed in winter
The house was cold needs ducted air conditioning cause the house was freezing on the nights we stayed. So we all hanged out in the living room where there was a aircon only.
Other then that was great. Very clean

hello! i am one of the whe stayed in the property in 64 Headland Drive, Gerroa last March 18 & 19, 2022 and i have few comments about it..
1. hot in the bedrooms, they need to put airconditioners in every bedroom, it will be worse in summertime.
2. there should be some supplies in the bathrooms like soap or shower gel, shampoos, conditioners enough for at least 8 people.
3. in the kitchen, yes, there are enough plates, bowls, saucepans, spoons and forks but my gush, the knives are so BLUNT, it can't even cut anything, please sharpen the knives.
4. the stove exhaust is leaking, please check and fix it; we were not able to make the oven work, it might also be faulty, please chech it too

Excellent stay quiet location, great views, close to the fisherman’s club, only issues the drive way is very steep & the cleanliness of the oven left a lot to be desired

Wonderful location, property and view. We got the relaxation we needed, fresh sea air & beach close walk away. The view from the deck is awesome. Very clean and lots of room to spread out as a family.

Family Getaway
We really enjoyed our time at Blue Waters. Plenty of space for us to gather as a family. Everything we needed was available at the property. Beautiful views and we hope to visit again.

Great location and clean
This is a great holiday house. Having the views across the beach and the hills is wonderful, so is having a separate lounge room for the kids downstairs. Some kids had to share beds, but this was ok for us. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location
We loved the house and location. It had absolutely stunning views and incredible sunsets. The open plan living/kitchen layout was ideal. The only comment we had was that it was a really badly equipped kitchen. The crockery was terrible and needs replacing, there were only 2 saucepans, very very basic and limited utensils etc.

Amazing Gerroa views
We had a very comfortable stay at this property. One of the things we really appreciated for a winter stay is that you can enjoy the sunshine all day long - back deck in the morning, and front deck in the afternoon till sunset!

Always love coming to Gerroa and this house is spacious enough to share with another family.
We’ve been holidaying in Gerroa for about 18 years and this is the second time we’ve stayed here. Plates and bowls should be updated, and the old plastic toilet seats should be replaced with ceramic. That’s about my only gripe. The place is fantastic and We love staying here.

Family Christmas Holiday
We had a great stay. The house was fantastic it is very comfortable and has everything and accommodated our family well. The kids zone for sleeping and chilling downstairs is great so adults and kids can have their own space. View's are great, easy walk down to the beach with the kids. We do not have anything bad to say!

The Hussein is great. Main living areas has incredible views. Weird that the sofa is facing away from the widow.mgteat shopping and dining options in geroa and blue swimmer in gerroa has great food ad coffee.

Amazing house, beautiful location.
Blue Waters was the perfect location for a girls weekend away. It had everything we wanted, very spacious, great indoor and outdoor areas. Magnificent views from the balcony and a short stroll to the beach and local cafe.
Only challenge was with the steep drive way and not having access to the garage to easily unload and load the cars however, it took nothing away from the weekend.

Beautiful house with stunning views from the deck. Very clean & welcoming Roomy great for big groups
We had everything we needed and being able to use the garage was fantastic with such a steep driveway. The only disappointing thing was the lack of coffee mugs and suitable wine glasses eg there should be 7 mugs at least if there are 7 guests. The deck was fantastic as was the lounge room, enough space for everyone.

Perfect for family gatherings
Blue Waters fitted perfectly for a family get together. Some were coming from Victoria and some from Sydney so it was a perfect location to just veg. The house was very comfortable and the location within walking distance of the beach and small shop. We sat a lot of the time admiring the view from the various balconys and had a birds eye view of one of NSWs amazing thunderstorms. The two seperate living areas were definitely a winner for those who like to talk all night. Thanks to Jacinta for all your help and hooefully we will come again.

Couldnt wish for better beach break accommodation
Our family ranging in age from 76yrs to 12yrs loved the house affording us all the opportunity to come together as a family or the privacy to do our own thing. The views from the living areas are beautiful and the balcony is big enough for us all to enjoy. Back deck and barbecue perfect sunny breakfast area. Everything you could need for a wonderful beach break. Loved it.
