Location of our replacement accommodation & Wifi was good

On arrival we were informed that the accommodation we booked via booking.com was not available and had been moved to another property. No apology and the guy in the office was blunt and rude, just what you need after a long day traveling with the family. The new property was dirty with cigarette buts on the floor and no bedding was on the beds.. Also we booked parking with the accommodation and that wasn't available either.. So disappointed with this booking!

Location is good. I have stayed in many places in Pas de La casa and this was one of the best. Wifi great, enough space for 6 friends to not sleep on sofa beds with 2 bathrooms and key collection pretty easy.

Drop off keys wasn't very clear as we left early and the office where we collected was closed so was lucky there was someone around to tell me the code for the door. could be a little bit cleaner but it is Pas de la Casa and for this price range can't expect miracles.

Well appointed kitchen and excellent location for the slopes.

The pipework makes a very annoying noise at random intervals, even during the middle of the night, which does wake you up.

location is excellent. close to slopes/restaurants and pubs. we barely left our street for the whole week!

a little bit noisey at times. walls are pretty thin! parking is a walk away (sports facility) but once you park it there you won’t need it again until you’re leaving Pas!

The proximity to the ski lifts and the restaurants/shops etc. the size of the apartment for 2 couples sharing was good. The cooking facilities were good, everything you needed. There are 2 bathrooms which was handy with 4 adults sharing.

First of all, the apartment was extremely hard to find as we were given no instructions prior to our arrival. It should be noted that the apartment is next door to the Red Lion Pub but you need to check in at the office first with your passports, to pay the deposit which needs to be done on card even though the booking.com instructions say cash only and also to pay for the underground parking which was much cheaper than the outdoor parking in town but also about a 15min walk up hill away. The office is about a 5min walk from the apartment opposite credit Andorra and the Le Delicious restaurant. The people who run this apartment and check you in didn’t speak English so finding the office location was extremely difficult as again no instructions were given to us prior to our arrival. We literally spent over an hour trying to find where to go. Couples need to be aware that there are no doors to the bedroom downstairs or the loft upstairs. The hot water didn’t stretch over 4 showers each day. The wifi didn’t work. The apartment block was very noisy with parties happening most nights in other apartments. The walls are super thin so you could literally hear songs word for word until 3 in the morning some nights over the weekend.
