Das kleine Haus liegt im Hinterhof und daher ist es dort sehr ruhig. Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Türe. Zu Fuß wäre die Altstadt aber auch gut erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Wir waren nur für ein Wochenende dort, man könnte es aber auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt buchen.

The location and access to public transport was good. The owner, Jurgen Schrauder, very kindly picked us up from the station. The apartment had a garden.

The property is located 10 minutes walk away from the train station. The supermarket and the bus stop for taking buses to go into the old town centre is only a few minutes walk away. It is very quiet and the kitchen is well-equipped.

The temperature control in the shower did not work so the water was a little bit too warm for us.

The vacation house is big and very cozy. It has all the equipments needed for short stay along with city information.

Excellent stay in Bamberg! The owner was very friendly and check-in/out was a breeze. The location is quite central with about a 5 minute walk to the train station, a minute away from Aldi & Rewe grocery stores and a bakery, and 15 minute walk to Bamberg University Feldkirchenstrasse campus. Wifi worked great, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels. Will stay again!
