Luminosissima e molto ariosa, è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è strutturata per ospitare fino a 6 persone. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni attrezzati per venire incontro alla più diverse esigenze e organizzati per garantire soggiorni confortevoli e rilassanti.
Il piano superiore, con vista spettacolare sul mare, dispone di cucina abitabile con due ampie aperture fronte mare, zona pranzo, frigo congelatore, forno, lavatrice incassata, ampio living vista mare, tre camere da letto (1 matrimoniale vista mare, 1 singola, 1 doppia ( due letti singoli) che all'occorrenza, e previa richiesta, può diventare matrimoniale); bagno con doccia.
Al piano terra, la fresca e comoda veranda attrezzata con zona pranzo e relax, ed il giardino, che è quasi un prolungamento della spiaggetta, consentono di trascorrere momenti di assoluto relax.
La posizione strategica e la sua estrema vicinanza ai luoghi Unesco e del Barocco Siciliano come Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Siracusa, Catania, e ai maggiori siti naturalistici e archeologici della Sicilia sud orientale, fa di Casa Panarea un ottimo punto di partenza per conoscere i Tesori che questa Terra meravigliosa custodisce.

Fantastic accommodation with its own little beach, it was a joy to stay here for all the family. A short walk around the bay of the main beach takes you to useful shops and great restaurants but it was always nice walking back at dusk to the quiet location of the villa. Just a beautiful well appointed place and Adrianna and Giorgio are probably the kindest hosts we’ve had on any holiday. We can’t recommend this enough.

This property was perfect for us, allowing us to relax by the sea and also visit the lovely Baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Ragusa and Sciccli all within easy reach. Adriana and Giorgio were charming hosts, friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The house was comfortable and very well-equipped, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch and most appreciated. We spent a wonderful week with our two daughters at Casa Panarea.
Everything was perfect. The communication with Adriana and Giorgio was incredibly friendly and we were well informed before we arrived. When we arrived at the house, we were greeted wonderfully with drinks, sweets and pasta.
The house is only 20 meters from a small rocky beach. We jumped into the sea every morning before breakfast. It is then only 3 minutes to the beautiful large sandy beach.
The house is super practical and clean. Everything you need is there.

Schönwetterecke mit Haus direkt am Meer ...
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Es gibt direkt vor dem Haus einen Meerzugang. Läuft man 5 Minuten am Ufer entlang, gelangt man zu dem traumhaften Sandstrand von Modica. Dort kann man auch im Oktober noch wunderbar baden.
Im Ort sind auch noch im Oktober ein paar Cafées, Restaurants und die Eisdiele geöffnet.
Wir waren mit 4 Kindern im Haus. Wir konnten uns gut auf die drei Schlafzimmer aufteilen, aber die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist eher ungeeignet, da es dort zum Schlafen zu muffig ist.
Ansonsten sind die Vermieter sehr, sehr nett und haben Willkommensgeschenke für uns gekauft. Auch ein paar Nahrungsmittel wie Wasser, Nudeln, Tomatensauce gab es im Haus.

Toller Ort
Blick vom Bett auf die Wellen, Meeresrauschen und sonst Ruhe. Super entspannt. Haus etwas karg eingerichtet. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer
Alles war perfekt. Die Vermieter Adriana und Gorgio waren extrem nett und haben uns bei unserer Ankunft mit leckeren Süssigkeiten und einem prall gefüllten Kühlschrank (incl. gekühltem Bier) überrascht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und insbesondere die Lage direkt am Meer (ca. 20 m Entfernung) ist ein Traum. Es gibt direkt am Haus einen kleinen Strand (Sand und Fels) der sich ideal zum Schnorcheln eignet. Der große Sandstrand von Marina die Modica ist zu Fuss ca. 5 min. entfernt und der Ort (mit Restaurants, Supermarkt usw. ) ist auch nur ca. 15 min entfernt. Adriana hat uns auch mit vielen guten Tipps zur Besichtigung versorgt. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts per e-mail und WhatsApp war völlig problemlos. Wir können das Haus Panarea von Adriana und Gorgio uneingeschränkt wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub empfehlen.

Wonderful holidays in Casa Panarea / Marina di Modica
Recommended by our friends who already stayed in Casa Panarea in 2017 we (2 Adults and 2 girls) decided to spend our first holidays in Sicily this year.
First of all we thank Adrina and Giorgio for the lovely welcome with regional almond biscuits and Modica chocolate. Also for providing cooled drinks which we really enjoyed after our journey from Catania airport.
In Casa Panarea we felt very well the whole 14 days with temperatures of about 30°C. There are nice sandy beaches around the corner and also a lot of possibilities to discover the sights of Sicily. Restaurants in Marina di Modica are also not far away and can be reached by foot.
Specially we enjojed barbecue at home and a glas of wine on the balcony with view onto the sea in the evening. The villa has all you need for relaxing holidays including sun umbrella and beach loungers. If needed also free WIFI is available.
Summarized we enjoyed all the time of our holidays here in Marina di Modica in and outside of the villa. Casa Panarea is super clean and comfortable and has all
you need for relaxing holidays.

Wonderful holiday house
House Panarea is a wonderful house in an amazing location, right next to the sea! The views from the house are stunning. The house itself is very large and full of character. We do a lot of self catering and I can honestly say I have never been to a place this well stocked! Literally everything you need is here. Adriana and Giorgio gave us a very warm welcome with sweets for our girls which was very much appreciated. The house is in a very good location, easy access to Modica, Scicli etc. We had a great holiday!

Eine Idylle am Meer
Das Haus Panarea in Marina di Modica ist ein schönes und sehr gepflegtes Haus. Die Gastgeber Adriana und Giorgio sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich und familiär empfangen.
Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder) sind müde und spät in der Nacht nach einer langen Reise angekommen. Wir hatten etwas Sorge, um die Schlüsselübergabe, weil wir wussten, dass es spät werden würde. Nachdem wir unsere Gastgeber Adriana und Giorgio informiert hatten, haben sie uns beruhigt und haben uns trotz später Stunde persönlich vor Ort empfangen. Sie hatten sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank für uns kaltgestellt, und im Schrank standen ein Päckchen Pasta, etwas Tomatensosse und ein paar leckere Dolci von der örtlichen Konditorei zum Nachtisch bereit. Es war wie zu Hause ankommen bei Mama.
Und überhaupt, das Haus ist super bestückt. Zusätzlich zum normalem Equipment ( Töpfe, Geschirr etc.) warteten flauschige Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Spülmitel und sogar Duschgel auf uns. Alles Dinge, die man nach der Ankunft erst mühsam im Supermarkt kaufen und organisieren muss. Ausserdem steht eine moderne Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Bei drei Kindern ein Segen. Leider fehlt noch eine Spülmaschine... Aber man kann nicht alles haben...
Trotzdem, das Haus Panarea ist Urlaub von der ersten Minute an.
Das Schönste aber ist der Blick aufs Meer. Das Meer ist der ständige Begleiter. Nachts wiegt einen das sanfte Rauschen der Wellen in den Schlaf, tagsüber begeistert der überwältigende Blick auf das tiefblaue Wasser und lädt zum Eintauchen ins kühle Nass ein. Herrlich.
Der Sandstrand von Marina di Modica ist ca. 300 m entfernt und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Spiaggia ist gut ausgestattet. Es sind Duschen und Toiletten vorhanden und auch für Verpflegung ( unbedingt die leckere Zitronengranita probieren, eine sizilianische Spezialität!!!) ist gesorgt. Der Strand ist überwiegend frei, so dass man kostenlos baden und sonnenbaden kann. Übrigens Sonnenschirm und Klappstühle für den Strand gibt es im Haus Panarea. Ein toller Service von Adriana und Giorgio.
Unser Fazit: Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wenn man etwas mehr Action haben möchte, kann man Abends zu Fuß in die Disko oder man besucht das abendliche Treiben in der Ortsmitte von Marina.
Ein Besuch des Namensgebenden Barockstädtchen Modica ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehenswert ist u.A. die Chiesa San Giorgio, mit dem gleichnamigen Schutzpatron. In Modica gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wonderful house at amazing location!
We had a great vacation of 2 weeks at House Panarea. The house has everything that you can possibly expect or need: it's super clean, is well equipped and offers great comfort. The amazing location so close to the Mediterranean Sea makes the holiday an unforgettable experience.Anyone looking for a relaxing time will be happy here. There are some extraordinary restaurants nearby, as well as a nice sandy beach and within an hour driving the most charming little towns to explore.
Add to all that the friendliness and perfect hospitality of the owners, Giorgio and Adriana, and you'll have the ingredients for a truly wonderful vacation.

Assolutamente splendida
Raramente ho trovato una sistemazione per le vacanze praticamente perfetta.
Prima di tutto: la posizione. E' veramente a 6-7 metri dal mare, quindi è come disporre di una spiaggia privata, in pochi secondi si torna a casa. il mare è il grande protagonista: le finestre del salone e della cucina e i balconi danno sul mare, consentendo una vista stupenda sia la mattina che la notte.
Sotto la casa c'è uno spazio completamente coperto dove è possibile mangiare, riposarsi, leggere...etc.
Un discorso a parte merita la casa: l'arredamento è nuovissimo e molto curato, inoltre è fornita di tutto il necessario. E' presente il Wi-Fi, le lampade anti zanzare (in realtà molto poche), le sedie per il mare, insomma tutto il necessario.
i proprietari infine (oltre a farci trovare bibite fresche, un kit alimentare e un cabaret di pasticcini) sono stati sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza.
Insomma, noi ci torneremo sicuramente, abbiamo trascorso due settimane magnifiche. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Our family of 6 persons spent in Panarea house for 5 weeks. We have enjoyed every single day. The house is perfectly located just in front of the sea. Every day cooking, having breakfast or dinner, lying in the bedroom, staying in a living room or in the garden you enjoy beautiful views on the Mediterranean during day or night. And not just the sea - we enjoyed views of ships, ferries crossing Mediterranean waters and disappearing over the horizon. The beach just in front of the house is a real surprise!!! Sandy sea bottom just few stones when entering (better with slippers). Official beach is 300 meters away going by calm streets, clean sand, shallow sea - perfect with small children. If windy you always could choose beach with no wind and waves either official beach or beach in front of the house.
The house is very clean and cozy. All is made with love and with a big open heart. The house was equipped much more than standard. We never ever met such hospitable owners. The owners met us with all their family. They always worried if all is fine with us, if we have any problems and always tried to solve them.
We were surprised about beauty of the towns located nearby. Modica, Scicli, Noto, Ragusa are charming town with its unrepeatable beauty. It is necessary to have a car.
This vacation will stay for a long time in our memories. With no doubts we would like to return there again.
