We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this unit, it was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We were on a girls trip, so the unit was perfect for 4 ladies. The access and location to the beach, is the best kept secret in Port A! And we witnessed the Pool and grounds being maintained, daily, which is not always the case. Much appreciated and plan to return soon!

We would highly recommend this property for a short or long term stay. We did a long term stay and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked for both inside or outside dining. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of closet space plus wonderful large storage in laundry area. The patio was nice but perhaps could have used n updated table and chairs but it did work. Interior furniture nice but could use a more comfortable chair. Again it all worked and was very nice. The best part was the ease and access to the beach. Also, the upkeep of the common areas was very nice. Overall a great place to rent.

Property was great, but Master bedroom ceiling fan was very noisy and we called property manager about it on the 1st night that we stayed and they sent out a person to take a look at it and said that it need to be replaced. But he did tighten something up to make it better, 6 hours later the problem came back and we called on our 2nd day and manager stated it wouldn't be fixed during our stay. Besides that the internet/ wifi was crap at best and master T.V. would not work (Hardly) With the fan problem and T.V. issue Master Bedroom was for sleeping and not relaxing.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay, so impressed with how beautiful and clean it was, have everything we needed and greatly access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfectly stated listing and even greater location with community pool right at patio door and beach a short walk down the well taken care of board walk. Our only complaint were the horribly huge mosquitoes as soon as you walked out the front door.

Family vacation
My family comes to Port A every year and we have been staying at the Grand Carribean since it was built! Always have a great time and love the property! Close to the beach with the boardwalk and the pool is a good size for all ages! Our room was on the first floor, it was very clean with comfy beds!

Review
The TV was very difficult. You’d have to change it to different inputs to get volume. We had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels since we were there for over a week. But we love that location, we’ve stayed server all times and will again. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay, great condo that had everything we needed, first floor was nice no elevators & could put our beach & pool stuff up easily from the outside. Great access to beach. Only drawback we found was trying to rent a golf cart being that far out. Any suggestions appreciated because they was literally the only thing that could possibly keep us from staying again.

We made a quick trip down over spring break & purposely chose this place as we wanted to avoid traffic and crowds. The location was perfect! The beach was not crowded at all. The board walk is in great shape and made it an easy walk to the beach

Nice place. KIds upstairs were running around early which woke us up. Pool ok could have used more shade. Condo was clean and everything we needed!. Checking in process was simple and the property management company was very accomodating.

The condo itself is great. The beds are comfortable, the location is amazing and the first floor is ideal for unpacking and hauling beach gear. However, it could use a major update to kitchenware. The pots and pans, utensils, dish towels are very old, scratched and limited. We also noticed the unit was not very clean this time we stayed in it. We found multiple dead bugs on the floor, grease smudged on the fridge and found items we had left from our stay 2 months prior. Overall, it's a good condo and we enjoy staying there but they need a new cleaning service and to update to a few things.

Island retreat was a great all around. It was perfect for a family of 4-6. The building was pretty quiet. The pool was not even packed with people. The boardwalk was a super short walk to the beach we did not have to drive and put sand in the car. A wagon to lug the gear works fine. The beach location was nice too because it was not over crowded.
