This place has everything you need and is very clean! Great location to shops and food. We would stay again!

The property was clean and comfortable and one of the best locations on Pensacola Beach. We were there for 4th of July and for all week of the Blue Angels air shows - best week of the year! Having a front row seat to the fireworks and the Blues Angels was an amazing experience!

The property was exactly what we wanted for our family getaway. The second bedroom with bunk beds and a pull out trundle were perfect for our 3 kids. And the views are amazing from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The location is perfect if you want to explore the town. You can even realistically walk to everything in Pensacola Beach cause we did (furthest walk was 15 minutes). In the evenings if you are tired of walking you can hop on the free trolley around town as well. The best part was the beach chairs already at the beach reserved for you. Will definitely re-book next time we go to Pensacola. Highly recommend!!!

This is our second time to stay as this condo. It is perfect for our family of five. We love the amazing view and how close it is to the beach. Mary is a great host and is always very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We go to the beach every year and have stayed at many condos. Unit was clean bright and central location was very nice. Beach area was steps away and clear waters. Two chairs and umbrella was available daily for us. Across the street was amazing breakfast place. Grocery store Publix was a short trip across the bridge. Unit was spacious and beds were comfortable. Anything you needed was there to be used like cooking utensils and towels. Patio was great for having a drink and watching the water or moon over the water. If there would have been a couch or hammock I probably would have napped or slept out there also lol. Overall highly recommend to all. Mary was great with any and all information concerns or questions we had. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks

This was our 3rd stay in this condo complex but first time in this unit. We will be sure to return again. Unit is nicely furnished with day 1 necessities (soaps, toilet paper, etc) Kitchen is well equipped and property is very clean. We loved the seating in living room and beds were very comfortable. We had a few questions for management that were all promptly responded to and handled. Great experience overall.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great check in was easy and Mary was so incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Great location. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Only con was the master bedroom could use some black out curtains over the glass doors to help with sunlight early in the morning.

Wonderful space, king bed was awesome, the couch was newer and comfortable, and the dining table was large. Lots to do in the area, the beach is awesome -Lazy Day beach umbrellas!!! Mary is a great host. It is Pensacola Beach after all – Red Neck Rivera. So why 4 stars? Getting in the front gate is a challenge, there is a QR code that we never got to work. On a couple of occasions, we were not even sure how the front gate would open. The kitchen is complete but if you plan on cooking the oven and grill top will set off the smoke alarm. The kitchen sink is usable but without sink strainers, you can’t do dishes without using a bowl. Plates and cooking equipment are spot on for this type of rental. The dishwasher and clothes dryer worked fine. Not sure what was going on with the garbage disposal, it sounded broken (grinding) the day we checked in. The next day there was a strange draining noise, turned on the GB and a bunch of drain crap shot about a foot in the air. Balcony furniture is PVC pipe that sits low so you can’t see the horizon while having your drink, there is room for a high top or better porch furniture. The family room TV situation is tough, the remote is borderline functional. Do not push the menu button. If you do it cripples the TV. Overall great stay with some issues in the kitchen and AV department. Cheers

We loved our stay in Pensacola. Our children, 5 and 8, particularly loved the condo and said it was their favorite part of the trip. We enjoyed the proximity to not only the beach but some of our favorite places, Flounders being our favorite restaurant and hang-out location. We also made sure to spend time in the pools and hot tub. Check in was easy and communication was great. It was an easy trip to plan and a breeze to check-out. Thank you so much for providing a comfortable and beautiful place to stay for our family vacation.

We loved our stay at the condo. It was the perfect oceanfront place. What a great view with all the amenities you could ask for. Such a great host that responded very quick and was able to tell us of a wonderful breakfast cafe across the street. We will definitely rent this condo again! K.King

This condo was perfect for our vacation. Easy access to the beach, heated pool, and hot tub, and we could walk to nearby restaurants. Communication with Mary was super easy and she was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly what was described and more! Many necessities were provided to get us started for the week. It was very clean and comfortable! The building was also clean and easy to get from place to place without waiting on elevators. It has an amazing view with incredible pools and a hot tub. We had very clean communication from Mary on everything from our check in process to her favorite pizza place. We will definately be back!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was easy to access at check-in , once we got to the condo we were very happy with how clean it was and all the amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need from popping a pizza in the oven to making a family dinner. Getting down to the beach was nice and easy, being a smaller condo (not many units) the elevator was never crowded! We've stayed at some places in the past where the elevator situation was a nightmare. The beds were comfortable and showers were hot! We had a great time and will definitely come back. The property manager, Ms. Mary, was very responsive to questions I had. Plus she checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Fast and Easy

If I could give our stay more than a 5 star I would. Everything was wonderful. Condo was exactly as described. Very well stocked and beautifully decorated with an absolute gorgeous view of the beach and gulf. Our host Mary was absolutely the best! She stayed in contact with us from start to finish to ensure our stay was the best it could be Best host I’ve ever worked with. Would definitely stay again.

Great view, nice pool, easy access to the beach. I don't think there's better and I have stayed at many a place! Mary was a delight to work with!

We had a great time at Emerald Isle 907. Manager service was excellent the entire trip! Location is overlooking the pools and the beach. The unit was very nice and well equipped.
