Questo accogliente rifugio a due piani presenta un soggiorno a stepdown con molti posti a sedere confortevoli attorno a un camino naturale in pietra. Uscite in un patio recintato e godetevi la griglia del barbecue o rilassatevi tra i grandi alberi di pino. Al piano superiore la camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno, soffitti a volta in legno con travi a vista e sedili con cuscini per questo ospite in più o inaspettato. Le altre camere hanno un letto a castello e un altro letto queen size. Le pareti dipinte di fresco, i lucernari e le pannellature in legno di sequoia aggiungono un tocco nuovo ma rustico. Il complesso offre campi da tennis, ampi campi di erba aperti, faggi sabbiosi sul lago e il più lungo peir del Lago Tahoe. Con una breve passeggiata in città (1/4 di miglio) si possono trovare ristoranti, noleggio biciclette, rafting, kayacking, golf. Durante l'inverno è possibile sciare a livello mondiale nelle vicinanze di Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar e Homewood e una collina da slittino all'interno del complesso. We had a wonderful time. Property was nice. Kitchen had been updated and master bedroom and bath were nice. Only question is regarding the "sleeps 10 adults". There was a queen bed in the master, queen bed in 2nd bedroom, bunk bed with a full mattress and twin mattress. There were window seats in the bedrooms, so I guess that is where people could sleep. It really only sleeps comfortably 7 people, in my opinion. Maybe little kids would be comfortable on the window seats or the couch. I would recommend this place but realize it does not sleep 10 adults. Owners were very kind and responsive. Would definitely rent again & recommend. Best location in Tahoe City.

The bathrooms are great. The backyard is great. Love the location. But the downstairs and especially the kitchen need to be updated. Kitchen is original. The owners were very responsive.

The Location was excellent. Take the lake walk to the Gatekeeper Museum. Shopping
and Restaurants.
The unit was quiet, the private fenced yard was perfect for resting and day dreaming.
the shore walk to the Lake shore and the pier was excellent for a vey relaxing walk.
Enjoyed the interior space and large enough for guest to visit.

Very Happy I booked this unit than the homes and cabins I had lookked at.
The Location was excellent. Take the lake walk to the Gatekeeper Museum. Shopping

Location is great, property offered many amenities which our party enjoyed. Had problems with the unit......having only one key was an inconvenience for a party of 9; master bathroom shower is a health issue; BBQ hard to lite; and NO extra toliet paper was a panic issue. We were aware that the owner did not provide paper products such as paper towels, napkins, and nose tissues. But no mention that we had to provide toliet paper.

We enjoyed our stay here, close to town and activities. The lake access and swimming pool in the condo complex were perfect with kids. The house is not updated or fancy but roomy, clean and has everything needed. Enjoyed the fenced patio with lots of outdoor seating provided and BBQ. Parking was easy and kids could ride bikes safely in complex or to town on the trails. Also Katie was very responsive to any questions.

Location is great, property offered many amenities which our party enjoyed. The house is not updated or fancy but roomy, clean and has everything needed. Enjoyed the fenced patio with lots of outdoor seating provided and BBQ. Parking was easy and kids could ride bikes safely in complex or to town on the trails. Also Katie was very responsive to any questions.

This home was perfect for our quick getaway. A little dated, but priced right. we were cozy and happy with 3 teenage boys and two small dogs. The enclosed back yard has towering pine trees tht smell so good, and was perfect for leaving our dogs outside when we were away. location cant be beat-boys could bike to everything and explore the resort on their own-pool, dock and lake-so convenient! Biggest complaint and an easy fix for the owner-is that there were so many lightbulbs out that it was quite dark. Overall very enjoyable and we hope to return!
