Everything was beautiful, we loved the property, the beautiful villa, everything was wonderful except the cleaning, they did not do our room for a single day nor did they leave us personal hygiene items out there, everything was wonderful

We had an excellent time. The resort has everything you need and the location is nearby to everything. Our view on our balcony was of the lake and was beautiful. The air conditioners below our balcony were noisy. Had a great time and would stay again.

Staff was friendly, check in was quick, we asked for more coffee and received it within minutes to our room. Overall the place was clean and we had a nice view

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty to do in the facility. The restaurant was outstanding. Ventilation was only issue. If neighbor had something for dinner , you felt like it was cooked in ur room. Bring air freshener to get rid of smell. The location was very convenient to universal and Disney and dining. We would stay there again

We stayed here to ride out Hurricane Ian. Overall the property was nice. It was unfortunate that most of the activities advertised weren’t open. The entire resort closed for half a day which was disappointing considering the worst of the storms has passed. I would love to stay here again not in a storm though.

This place has everything you need. Close to everything, and easy to navigate around the resort. Would definitely recommend.

The room was awesome along with the placement with the other tourist areas. The only issue we had was trying to hook up our fire stick to the tv because the dresser was in the way.

The only issue I had was the battery from the fire alarm was low, so it kept going off all night. Also the hot water didn’t really last long. Had to change rooms, but everyone was accomendating and nice

Everyone was so friendly at the property. There was so much to do in the area and the location of the room was great! We sat and watched fireworks right outside our door.

It was just as described. I love the fact that it was in the first floor. easy to get too and the hotel overall is nice with lots to do during the holidays. walmart and gas is around the corner and the owner is very responsive during it all.

We loved our stay. The owner was very kind and quick to follow up with us. Our room was clean and more spacious than anticipated, and we had a fantastic time. We enjoyed all the activities at the resort. The only complaint was amount of time we had to wait for check-in.

Just very out dated I had to call front office twice once about AC going out then hot water not work
Okay been many time but this will be my last for awhile just getting very outdated last 2 visits I've had to call maintenance

No more resorts for me
My tub had hair in it.... the hotel was very packed with guest, very loud guest. It wasn’t the intimate vacation stay that we wanted.... and we are still waiting on a luggage cart! 👎�

Renting was very easy, any question I had was answered very quickly. I will rent again.

Westgate stay
The room was ok except the bathroom, there was hardly any water pressure and the shower did not get hot, just warm. We had to change our dates and we could not be accommodated for our last day without having to pay more money. Property manager did not work with us that last day and that was a disappointment.

We really had no complaints other than the deck was not clean. Chairs and tables needed to be washed. Floor swept. But overall it was a great spot.

Safe and very comfortable.
The apartment itself was perfect. We have traveled to Orlando a few times. The studio we rented was well equiped, clean, everything looks new, almost a perfect stay. However, the heating unit never raised the temperature above 67°F, the balcony was not that clean, but dusty. They do need to improve garbage collection, droping it on the floor on the corridor outside the room is not a good idea.

The location is pretty good. Yet, don't expect the room or facilities you saw in the pictures when you arrive there. The pictures are unnecessarily shining. The room is much smaller than what you see in the photos. I don't recommend going there if you have a child. The manager probably puts the photos of the resort which is not accurate with what we faced.

Would definitely stay here again
I really enjoyed my stay at your property. The location was perfect. It is easy access to all the major parks. The property has many pools and restaurant choices. My only complaint is the ceiling in shower needs to be fixed and it is a bit outdated. But it’s clean and spacious
