The properties location proximity to the beach is excellent. The Condo is missing a few essentials. It is stocked very basic. Please make sure to take scissors, plastic ware., Sheets, beach towels, Dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper, towels and bath towels. The shower in the main bathroom has very low water pressure.

We had a total of 6 people staying in Retreat 509. The condo was amazing and the view was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed! There was so much space that we never felt cramped. Litchfield Beach was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

This condo was very spacious and had an excellent view of the ocean from the living room, but the furniture was old and stained very badly. We put the spare sheets over the couch and one chair to sit comfortably. The overall property was very nice and appeared as discribed, but this unit is "dated" and needs some TLC. It looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built in the 1970's with brown molding, doors, and a "popcorn" ceiling.
