Beautiful vacation home with ocean views nestled in the jungle with a pool
Abbiamo una camera matrimoniale king size con cabina armadio e doppi lavandini. Questa camera ha una vista favolosa sull'oceano dal balcone. La seconda camera da letto è un letto matrimoniale ed è un bagno privato con balcone e grande finestra con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. C'è una stanza degli ospiti con un terzo letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo una cucina completa con acqua potabile filtrata, forno a microonde, piano cottura / forno, macchina per il caffè, frullatore e pentole e padelle e un frigorifero con una macchina per il ghiaccio. La zona giorno della piscina e del patio è circondata da erba e chiusa nel cortile delineato da lussureggianti arbusti. C'è una fontana che scorre nella piscina per offrire un suono tranquillo dell'acqua. Il cortile ha un barbecue e una fontana per godersi anche il suono dell'acqua. Puoi sentire l'oceano dalla casa ma rimosso da tutto il rumore della città. Casa molto confortevole con custodi eccellenti. Ci sono boogie board da usare in spiaggia e teli mare. Abbiamo una doccia esterna per il risciacquo quando vieni dalla spiaggia e prima di entrare in casa. C'è un rubinetto esterno per te vicino alla piscina se devi risciacquare i piedi prima di entrare nella piscina.

Dave and Coreen were absolute ANGELS in helping our family locate the property upon arrival (it was a little bit tricky for us) but they made sure we found it. Their home is beautiful, the pool was SPECTACULAR and the only things we could advise for any future travels and such would be - the house was sweltering when we arrived, the AC's had not been turned on prior (they need to be turned 'OFF' when you leave due to the high electricity bills in Mexico which is understandable), and the only TV is in the living room (our 11 year old was a bit perturbed that there was not one in his room but what 11 year old ISN'T perturbed these days?!) - we truly appreciate all the kindness and grace that Dave and Coreen showed our family while staying there!

The stay was great. My father really enjoyed the property. It's a very beautiful house.

The host was in communication with me prior to arrival, and tried despite my lack of cell service to help us find the rental when we could not. The directions were not that great, but we eventually did find it and let ourselves in with the code.The kitchen needed a deep clean as there were insect/and/or rodent droppings inside the cupboards where the dishes and pots were kept and a pile of dirt in the silverware drawer, so we had to wash everything before using it. There was leftover pizza takeout and other used food items in the fridge. The cupboard of non perishable food was full and everything was expired. There was no large water jug for drinking water, so we had to bring our own.The bathroom shower shelf was completely full of used shampoo bottles and a used bar of soap, and someone's old luffa, so we had to move them in order to make room for our items.The master bedroom was not cleaned well, the night stands were full of cobwebs, someone's old snore strip, the sheets were full of holes, there was no mattress cover, and the comforter cover was disgusting and hadn't been washed before our stay.The front door needs to be fixed and the lock didn't lock unless you fiddled with it.There were not enough bath and beach towels for all the guests and the bathrooms were lacking hand towels.The mini split units were very dirty and made us feel unwell until they were cleaned.
