the apartment is beautifully equipped, I rate the chair in the living room the best, I would immediately take it home 😃 the bathroom is beautiful. the water in the fridge was also very pleasing
as we informed the housekeeper, the neighbors were sometimes noisy, but she informed us of the reason, so we understand. the accommodation is located on a hill, so if you are walking and are not used to it, it will take some time, but it is nothing terrible. so I can't say anything bad about it

This is a great property and Colin & Toya are great hosts. They were there when we arrived and saw us off when we left. The apartment is finished to a high spec and is very comfortable. A very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Shopping is easy as there is an El Jamon supermarket in the complex which stays open until 9 pm.

Very clean, brilliantly equipped, beautiful location (great view!). Plenty of free parking spots around the building (I never had a problem parking the car). A supermarket downstairs (plus Lidl within a walking distance). Close to the beach, too. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area.
The hosts are wonderful, too.

The hosts were excellent, keeping in touch by whatsapp at regular intervals to see if we needed anything. Welcome was very good with nice bottle of wine and some beer to help us settle in. The apartment is beautifully furnished with very comfy bed, above average bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Also a good quality sofa bed in the lounge with an above average mattress. Apartment is secure, has air con and ceiling fans in main rooms. We had wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Everything was perfect🙂 apartment very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location close to the Beach, shops, restaurants and it's good place to travel around Andalucia (pueblos blancos, Tarifa etc.). Brilliant contact with Colin&Toya🙂 I can't forget about swimming pool!!!😁 and very nice terrace where you can watch the sunset.

One of the nicest stays we've had so far! 5🌟
The apartment was so stylish and finished to a high standard, bed was so cosy, it honestly felt like a 5star hotel.
The owners have put alot of taught into everything, there was nothing left out..

The owners were so nice and couldn't do enough for us!
Just a 2min walking distance to sabinillas Town centre, and a large supermarket beside the property.
We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next stay😊

My 2nd stay at Sunset and enjoyed it even more than last time as the fab swimming pool was open.

I’m trying not to give an outstanding, glowing review for this perfect apartment as that would mean it will always be full & they might not have space for me again in the future! Amazing, charming hosts, beyond excellent communication, always available to chat, cleanliness is important to me & this gem was on another level for hygiene. Well thought out kitchen with everything you will need. Supermarket 1 minute away, location is perfect-walkable in 2mins to beach/town. Bed very comfortable & bathroom has a great shower! Nice & quiet terrace to relax on. Rating=100 out of ten!! Don’t hesitate to book Maria Theresa...doubt you’ll find anything as lovely as this in Sabinillas or Manilva and so happy I met these fabulous guys who go way beyond expectations to make your stay memorable. Thanks so much Colin & Toya!!!! Loved staying in your beautiful space!!!
