La città di Avola è al centro di una zona richissima ; in prossimità si trovano i bellissimi siti naturalistici della Sicilia : Cava Grande del Cassibile, Pantalica, Riserva di Vendicari, Monti Iblei.
Siti Archeologici come Villa Romana del Tellaro, Teatro Greco di Siracusa, Ortigia, Pallazolo Acreide, Noto, Modica, Scicli e Ragusa Ibla.
La Villetta dispone di un ampio giardino ,parcheggio privato, aria condizionata nella zona soggiorno cucina ,all'esterno un ampia veranda, barbecue e doccia esterna con acqua calda.
La piscina,con sistema a idrolisi misura 11m per 6m h 1,50 La Piscina aperta dal 25 Aprile al 30 settembre

Nella spiaggia ci sono 2 stabilimenti.
Per gli appassionati di jogging, il lungomare di circa 5_6 km si presta a questa attività ha un marciapiede comodo e collega diverse spiagge, tremoli, pantanello loggia borgo marina e cicirata
A 600m si trova un centro commerciale con vari supermercati, Lidl, Conad, Eurospin, Penny market.
Nel Lungomare si trovano pizzerie, ristoranti di pesce e paninerie.
Sempre nel lungomare e possibile praticare jogging e ci sono campi da tennis e calcetto.

We, Family of Four, had an amazing vacation ! The house is great, the pool is awesome and there was plenty to do in Avola and the surrounding area. Salvatore was a great host and we enjoyed the visits from the local mice catchers. Don’t miss Cavagranda del Cassibili or Syrakus. Plenty of shopping close by and specialty stores in Avola.

Our stay was perfect, Villa Corrado was comfortable, clean, very comfortable beds, lots of hot water for our showers but most of all we were warmly greeted by our amazing host Salvatore,Cold water in the fridge, a welcome bottle of wine, fruit from the trees and fresh eggs from the resident chickens,The resident elderly friendly dogs and cats just add to the overall experience of being fully immersed in the local life. Not quite warm enough to try out the immaculate pool, but the view of the distant hills is perfect.If a little slice of rural Avola is what you are looking for stay in Villa Corrado, walking distance to an amazing beach and all the bars and restaurants you could need.We would return without hesitation.

The property inside was as listed. More out door seating areas than expected surrounded by lemon trees. Pool was lovely to relax around. The owner was very helpful. Due to out late flight had got in some food for us.

The house was clean with basic furnishings and the two ground floor bedrooms (the ones we used) were good sizes with comfortable beds. The pool was great and it was nice to be so close to the sea. You can also see the sea from the extensive roof terrace, but there was no furniture to sit on up there.
On arrival we were disappointed to find that one of the bathrooms could only be accessed from the outside of the house (and the other side from the bedrooms). The shower in this outdoor bathroom was cold. The external access really should have been mentioned in the listing and it really impacted on our stay as it wasn’t fit for use and so we all shared a bathroom. As two couples travelling together this would have been a deal breaker if we’d have known beforehand. The listing also mentioned smart TVs in each room which were not there (we didn’t mind but others might!) The house is situated in an area of Avola which is undergoing development, so although the immediate surroundings are green and planted, the views of the wider area include some construction and there was some noise from this though not every day.
Avola itself is a nice town - not touristy (which suited us) There is a lovely beach nearby which is very good for swimming. The water was a lovely temperature at the end of October. The location is also well placed for trips to Syracusa, Catania (which we liked best!), Noto and the other Baroque towns.
