Nuovo appartamento duplex a El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, 65 m2 su due piani, con una grande terrazza soleggiata, a soli 5 minuti a piedi si hanno le spiagge di El Cotillo, supermercati, ristoranti, caffè e tutti i servizi che questa città offre. Ideale per rilassarsi, godersi le sue splendide spiagge, gli sport acquatici e ammirare i migliori tramonti che si possano immaginare. A 45 minuti dall'aeroporto ea soli 15 minuti si trovano le spiagge della costa nord e la località turistica del Parco Naturale di Corralejo con le sue dune, i centri commerciali, ecc. Non perdere l'occasione di esplorare le spiagge deserte a ovest e a nord dell'isola, per le sue strade sterrate, goderti l'incomparabile spiaggia di El Cotillo o bere un caffè o una birra godendosi il sole in un bar vicino al mare.

Riepilogo delle recensioniOttima struttura con facile accesso alla stazione degli autobus, supermercati e ristoranti. Appartamento confortevole con tutti i comfort, tra cui una grande TV e un terrazzo soleggiato sul tetto. L'host Margarita ha fornito un ottimo servizio.

We have stayed here three times now so l think that says a lot. The apartment is as described clean and tidy,the roof terrace is great where we spent most of our time. Close to all amenities like shops restaurants bars and bus station. Margaritas the host very easy to contact also very accommodating.

If you don’t have a car this is the place for you, bus station close by 2 supermarkets just 5 minutes walk away restaurants 5 to 10 minutes walk. You can see the sea from the roof terrace which is just at the end of the road. If you do have a car there is plenty of parking just outside the door. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and if we return would try to book Margaritas apartment again.

Property was excellent and El Cottilio is a nice place
The only downside for me was the restaurants every one sells much the same menu not a lot of variety
But the apartment was 10 out of 10

Due to wrong information given by the host, when we tried to get the apartment keys from the security lock box outside, we could not and therefore were unable to enter the property. We could not contact the host to rectify the situation as the details were web based and we were not on Wifi. We had tomake alternative arrangements for the night and then managed to get on to WiFi to contact the host who gave us the correct security code.The two sunbeds on the roof terrace were split and unusable but this was rectified by the host.As the bus station is close by, noise from early morning and late night buses was noticeable.Finally, a basic welcome pack in the apartment would be very welcome, especially for those arriving late evening.
