I booked two rooms weeks ago and they were put on different floors. Yet both had leaky roofs and did not appear to have been cleaned.

Do not trust the pictures. Not sure where those were taken. Elevator was small and smelled. Hallway and room were dark and dirty. Bed skirt had unspeakable stains. Doors close and lock but still move back and forth. Bathroom was uncomfortably small and shower was dirty. Had to tighten the shower head on tighter and still leaked. There was a bug in the bathroom. The curtains couldn’t shut all the way and the porch light stayed on all night. I’m sure I’m missing something.

Excellent location - parking is easy. Everything was in working order. And it was quiet.

The AC vents could use a cleaning and there was a slight musty off-smell in the room.

It was very close to legoland which was awesome. The game room was a total hit with my 6 year old and we spent a lot of time in it! We were also pleased by the free breakfast that was offered.

In our room, the shower wouldn’t get hot and by the time it was luke warm the water was filled up in the clogged tub to over my ankles. After a day in the theme park all I wanted was a hot shower and I didn’t even get that. My daughter wouldn’t even get in it because she said it was gross. The floors were nasty throughout the room. There was dried toothpaste on the floor in the bathroom. There were cigarette burns in the dresser top. My sheet had either a chocolate stain or a blood stain on it. The beds were terrible and you could feel the springs in them. The fridge in our room was broken and smelled disgusting if you opened it. The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time but my 6 year old still went in it. I didn’t even complain to the staff because the front desk attendant was condescending and rude at check in and was still there at checkout. The lobby looked nice so I didn’t expect that the rest of the hotel from the elevator on would be so nasty but it was gross.

We were not told there was no heat in the room. Was told after we complained that they put portable heaters in the closet. We had to ask for a blanket. We went for breakfast and they only had decaf coffee because the regular coffee pot was broken. Their waffle machine was broken. The room had hair and mold in the bathroom and the floor was nasty also, we plugged the heater in and it wiped out the electricity on the third floor we were on including our room. The lady on the night shift was not happy and did not want to deal with the situation s she finally had to text the maintenance man. He was quick on the job and we had electricity within minutes. This hotel does not represent Choice Hotels image at all!!!!!

We were on the 3rd floor, went up elevator and room key did not work. Went back to reception and got a new key, went back to room and it opened... but there were other people already in it! Went back to reception got a new room assigned, and upon walking down hallway to new room, there was an overwhelming smell of urine. Cabinets in room were all falling apart, the toilet flushed as loud as a jetliner and lasted for over a minute each time, shower was so gross I refused to even stand in it. The sink made made an extremely loud crashing noise in wall when ran for more than 10 seconds, it was a cold night and there was no heat in room, just an old time rolling space heater. You could hear everything from the main road out front, and then around 8pm the neighboring room started to play the most loud mariachi music that shook our whole room and made it impossible to hear our own TV. Tried to call the front desk from the room, but the phone in room did not work. So I called from my cell phone to report it to front desk and they seemed very unbothered by the complaint. Nothing was even done and the music continued another 2 hours! There was also a dog continuously barking in a nearby room. Ceiling in bathroom was bubbling and peeling off, and ceiling tiles in hallways were falling down and looked quite water damaged. I am 44 and this was worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and we will never ever stay there when in town again! Extremely upset that it was over $160 to basically stay in a crack hotel, a room like this should cost no more than $50 a night!

This was the worst experience ever. The place was super old. Had a very old musty smell and smell like cigarettes also. The shower didn’t work we have to wait for someone and we had hot water for 10 minutes (not enough to shower 2 ppl and a baby). The hotel was creepy. I am not over reacting this hotel was the worst!!!! I don’t even know how the allow them to work.

The one staff member in the breakfast area was so pleasant and it was close to pepa pig theme park. Parking is convenient

Staff was not welcoming, you arrive and staff is talking to each other and you just stand there. Then your not even greeted just id and card. Staff was informed floor was wet upon arrival and i almost slipped they said humidity, i informed door is closed and i cleaned floor with towel. The towel wasblack . Rooms were dirty. House keeping was horrible, place looks run down. Coffee creamer expired told staff and they still kept them out. Bathrooms dirty. Smells moldy.

It was very close to Legoland and various restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was not very tasty or fresh. The toilet was very narrow and awkward, very hard to move around, toilet paper was around the corner. Hotel needs major updating especially the windows which were very wet and the air conditioning unit was leaking in our room.

it was gross. I had to go out and buy sheets and pillow cases to sleep on and i had to buy my own towels and bought sanitizing wipes to wipe everything down in the room. the sheets were dirty- crud all along the walls and in the corner. outlets were filthy

the rooms could have been clean, sheets washed, filth out of the corners of the rooms, the lobby was disgusting, the chairs for breakfast area were gross. there was nothing good that I can say expect there was parking in the parking lot. The elevator kept stopping.
