We loved literally everything about El Castillo! The location is excellent ("View Therapy"!), with close proximity (walking) to beautiful beaches. Safe area. Jaime, the host, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made you feel completely at home. He speaks multiple languages and has so much insight into the people and culture. It is actually thanks to him that our stay was such a success. He made a wonderful breakfast (included) and was a great resource for travel suggestions. The room we stayed in ("King II") was very spacious; it also had a huge bathroom, and balcony with a lovely view of the ocean in the distance. Happy hours and dinners at Resto Lab were very memorable. Loved the chill music. Chef Brian's fancy tapas samplers were excellent. Overall, excellent value and amazing property - we hope to go back!

Given the heat of the location depending on the time of year, it would have been good to have free bottled water in the hotel room. The sinks in the room (King II) did not always drain easily.

cool people, many languages spoken, some events are organised ( dj sets, valentine days, etc...) beautiful view,isolated and quit place. Beautiful decorum at first sight. Well that's all. clean sheets

no swimming pool ,difficulty to have hot water, the hotel is not as weathy looking as in the booking photos, breakfast really poor, people is cool, but a little to much. Too expensive to services proposed. toilettes unsepared from the rest of the room

Wonderful place! Lovely atmosphere. Everything is furnished with great taste!

No wife connection and some minor issues which would be compensated by the lovely atmosphere which makes you feel home with your loved friends..

The place was so unique! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and games room were excellent!

The only thing was the hill as you get near the property! It’s difficult if it’s raining
