Vita costiera al suo meglio! Vieni a provare Pacific Beach con stile! Assolutamente nessun dettaglio è stato trascurato in questa casa dog-friendly. Dal tocco squisito del decoratore, ai ripiani in granito, scaldabagno senza serbatoio, e arredi confortevoli, questo cottage è stupendo stupendo dal momento in cui varcherete la porta. Il primo piano è dove si trovano le tre camere da letto e un bagno completo. Due delle camere sono dotate di comodi letti queen size, la terza accogliente camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale.
Al piano superiore è la cucina combinata e lo spazio vitale, con fenomenale vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia. Gli arredi del soggiorno sono così comodi che non vorresti mai andartene. Troverete anche un mezzo bagno con lavatrice / asciugatrice. Le immagini raccontano la storia molto meglio di noi. Cosa c'è da non amare? Questo cottage è abbastanza per rendere Martha Stewart invidiosa!

We loved our stay at Sea Scallop - especially the neighborhood, views and proximity to beach which was not very crowded and the creek that the kids and dog totally loved playing in! The beds were comfy, and we particularly liked the curtains that blocked the light in the morning let us sleep in comfortably!
We had issues with the TV and the manager got it fixed right away, appreciate the communication! Some feedback for the property manager - more kid friendly games/movies and utensils in the kitchen such as plastic cups/bowls etc would have been helpful.
We look forward to coming back soon!

I have rented VRBO plenty of times prior and as with any rentals, there are minor issues you overlook. This was not a clean home as I swept and found dog hair and other left overs around…many lights had burned out bulbs or didn’t work at all. Fireplace never worked. TV was stuck in one channel the whole time, great for teens in the house, not. The WiFi password wasn’t written anywhere and I DID call for assistance for all matters including the missing DVD player that turned up on our last day at the front door. Thanks maintenance, terrible. Housekeeping dropped off light bulbs, first to the wrong house, after we waited around for them to show up, then just handed them to our 18 year old. When he mentioned that our TV didn’t work, she said “that sucks” and left. Washing machine, no soap, smelled like mildew, as did the dishwasher a sour milk smell. Couch was stained and was a sectional that was a joke to sit on comfortably as it moved in pieces, literally pieces! No one came to fix anything, just drop off light bulbs and a DVD with a remote for the TV 2 days into the trip. Never could make it connect. Yes, we walked the beach, played games. But if you advertise one thing don’t sell me something else. COVID or not, if you don’t have the staff to properly check the houses, remove the properties from your pool, stop making excuses and give people what they pay for.

Charming Retreat
Came here for a mini retreat with friends. Lovely, clean place and helpful property manager. Close to the beach for nice long walks. We loved that it wasn't super crowded. We would love to come again!

The view was great! I couldn’t get the fireplace on so directions would help. Cute decor and clean. Other than the fireplace directions warmer blankets would have been nice. Would stay again!

My husband and I wanted a quick relaxing getaway with our dog to the ocean and this home had everything we needed! It was a block away from the beach, a block away from both an espresso shop and mini mart, and was a very quiet town. Restaurants are a very short drive away, and the home itself was so well decorated and cozy/clean. I was shocked other dogs had ever even stayed there! (I could not tell).

Even better than we anticipated!
My husband and I wanted a quick relaxing getaway with our dog to the ocean and this home had everything we needed! It was a block away from the beach, a block away from both an espresso shop and mini mart, and was a very quiet town. Restaurants are a very short drive away, and the home itself was so well decorated and cozy/clean. I was shocked other dogs had ever even stayed there! (I could not tell).

Lovely cottage, very clean, well appointed. Great location. The beds are pretty soft, which is great when you have them to yourself, but can be a challenge when you share.

Pleasant stay
Perfect spot for a getaway. Liked the small, beachy town feel. Close to Seabrooke for restaurants. Comfortable, clean and with a view - it was just we needed and would stay again.

Great Location
This cute townhome was in a perfect location. Right by a convenience store and coffee shop. It’s fairly well stocked, but I would suggest adding some aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and storage containers. Also, no dishwasher soap was available. We also did not have any hot water the morning we checked out. The pillows and couch also did not seem too great, which tells me many people have been there and no updates to the skip overs or furniture. Otherwise, the house itself has a great view and is very cute. The rooms are nice and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice place - needs cleaning detail
1) White rug needs to be removed from the home. It’s full of dog hair, dog treats and candy. It’s dirty and unnecessary - we had to roll it up and hide it behind the couch.
2) floors behind couches need to be moped and vacuumed daily. Dog hair by the inches.
3) vent over shower full of hair and dust needs to be cleaned
4) vent above microwave is broken able to be used - we cooked daily. Needs to be replaced.
5) front and upper balcony weather doors broken we were not able to enjoy using them.
6) we washed the covers on the couch because they are stained and dirty. Didn’t sit on the couches without covering them with sheets
All high touch areas cleaned very well! Carpet down stairs nice and clean. We appreciated the cleaning fee being returned to us and the care for our concerns by your management team. This is a Really cute and sweet place to stay great location and overall appearance of the home is very nice! Great decorating!!

Wonderful Beach Trip
Had a wonderful mini-vacation with my daughter and Golden Retriever at the Sea Scallops. Everything we needed was provided in the comfortable house. The view from the deck was perfect and was hard to leave. Felt the house was extra clean which was a relief during a pandemic. Felt very safe in the house as well has the quiet town. Highly recommend this house.

Great Getaway
Beautiful home and view of the ocean. The weather was gorgeous while we were there and allowed for long walks on the beach. The cottage was cozy and the perfect getaway for much-needed relaxation.

Nice little beach house
Loved the location, had an awesome view of the ocean and was super easy to walk to the beach. Decorated very cute and was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Had nice blackout shades in the bedrooms too. We will be back!

Love this condo
It is decorated like a Cape Code designer home and you immediately feel you are in a special place. Everything from wall decor to hardware on cabinets and dishes and silverware have a beach theme. It is such a comfortable place. Just needed to find the parking spot in back of the building. Have gone twice this year and just scheduled a 3rd trip for the Chocolate Festival. And the beach in front adjoins Seabrook. Next door is a great gift shop and coffee house with small but delicious food. Even have the baking equipment to make cookies, which we did this weekend.

Relaxing and Beautiful!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Sea Scallops on Pacific Beach! It was just what we were looking for. The condo was clean and looked just as photographed. The beds were very comfortable! The view was beautiful and so close to the sandy beach.
We had some difficulty finding the condo, we arrived late in the evening and not markings that we could see. It was also difficult to get in the key box. We did succeed and even able to replace it when we left, perseverance! It would be nice to have some items in the kitchen such as some seasonings. The kitchen utensils, pan, dishes were amazing but had to have everything to cook anything. Just an idea.

Not even salt and pepper?
Wonderful location, but the least "welcoming" I've ever experienced in a vrbo rental. Tiny coffee maker, no toaster, nothing in the way of amenities provided - defective can opener, no salt or pepper, etc. Poor showing for a great property, in my and my guests' opinion.
If this is indicative of Vacasa properties, I'll be more careful in booking next time.

Lovely spot!
Great location and nice accommodation. We could not find any dish towels, though. Fortunately we used the kitchen very little.
The shower rod in the bathroom needed to be reattached (NOT replaced). When we asked for help a new rod and curtain were left between the exterior doors. We did not fulfill the work order for this job. Otherwise we thought the place was SUPER nice and overall well looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
