Costruito nel 2017, questa casa mozzafiato è davvero il massimo per la vita moderna contemporanea. Perché stare alla Ville quando si può soggiornare qui e lasciarsi viziare con una splendida casa in un'ottima posizione vicino a bar, caffè e ristoranti, a pochi minuti dal centro città. Questa proprietà è stata ammobiliata con gusto con mobili di alta qualità, TV NETFLIX da 70 "e Foxtel che sicuramente intratterranno. Questa casa offre il massimo del moderno design contemporaneo lussuoso e confortevole, non rimarrete delusi. La casa è perfettamente posizionata a due passi sia dalla spiaggia che dalla spiaggia di Pallerenda, quindi questo è il posto perfetto per chi ama la spiaggia. Questo rifugio rilassante offre un'aura di calma e eleganza informale che si fonde perfettamente con i suoi dintorni costieri. Rilassati nella spa per 6 persone con un bicchiere di vino o gironzola sulla spiaggia per prendere il sole nell'oceano, la scelta è tua!

Our overall stay was good. The house and location were great. Fantastic secure yard for our two dogs and in a close location for the Strand. The dogs loved being able to sleep on the upstairs balcony at night.Unfortunately the house was not clean or tidy for our stay and this put a damper on the whole holiday. When we arrived I had to vacuum the whole house because otherwise you felt like you needed to wear shoes inside. There was dog hair on the couch and cushions, the inside entry was covered in cob webs and spiders. The showers had not been cleaned properly and there was mould/mildew everywhere. The yard had dog poo scattered throughout the yard, there’s no actual grass in the yard, it’s just mowed weeds. There were cigarette butts left behind in a container from previous occupants. I advised the rental team and they let us know it would be rectified before the next occupants on 27 December, hopefully it is. There was no offer for things to be fixed for our 4 night stay though.

Was in town for the multisport world championship and the house was the perfect location! We had a great comfortable stay. Has all the amenities as if we were at home. Thanks for the stay!

Nice house, clean. But in the advertisement there was a spa, a ping pong table and a fussball table that made us choose the house and the higher price. The spa did not work, the ping pong rackets and balls were broken and the fussball table was simply not there. We tried to call and message the host but first he didn’t reply and then he did nothing to try to help us or fix these issues. We asked for a reduced price since we didn’t get what was promised in the advertisement which was just brushed off. Also, he gave us the wrong code to the door which made the check in difficult, also that time he didn’t answer his phone. If you book this house, don’t count on the spa or any help from the host. Having said that, the house itself is lovely but in my eyes not worth the price without the spa and games.
