OCEANFRONT Waves- La Waves Dr. (In precedenza Chateau Sur Mer) LANDSHARK ti porterà via con le sue camere spaziose, ponti generosi e viste mozzafiato sull'oceano. Situato sul lungomare con facile accesso alla spiaggia, questa casa dispone di due docce esterne per il risciacquo dalla sabbia prima di saltare nella piscina privata fronte oceano. La vasca idromassaggio è arroccata sul ponte di primo livello con vista sulla piscina, appena fuori dalla vasta sala giochi dove troverete un mini-frigo presso il wet bar. Goditi una partita sul tavolo da biliardo o accomodati sul divano letto di fronte alla grande TV a schermo piatto. Un bagno completo è condiviso dalla sala giochi e una camera da letto con letto singolo e set di letti a castello. Nelle vicinanze si trova anche una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Il livello medio è la casa di quattro ampie camere da letto, due delle quali sono camere da letto padronali con docce walk-in e vasche idromassaggio nei loro bagni privati. Le altre due camere da letto (queen e 2 singole) condividono un bagno completo tra di loro. Tutte le camere hanno accesso privato al ponte per rilassarsi all'aria aperta, leggere e contemplare silenzioso di fronte ad una bella vista sull'acqua. Il livello superiore è caratterizzato da un'enorme stanza con soffitti altissimi e finestre di grande apertura che portano la vista dell'acqua blu nella stanza. Una grande TV a schermo piatto è montata sopra il caminetto a gas che fornisce un punto focale per la comoda area salotto. Il tavolo da pranzo e il bar per la colazione ospitano l'intero gruppo dopo che lo chef della famiglia ha preparato la cena nella cucina personalizzata con layout aperto e piani in granito. Sposta i cursori sul ponte di livello superiore per prendere il sole e le conversazioni o arrampicarti sulle navi per osservare a volo d'uccello la natura circostante. La master suite di livello superiore presenta un bagno piastrellato in ceramica con una grande vasca idromassaggio per un totale relax dopo una giornata trascorsa tra le onde. This was the most
disappointing rental I have ever experienced, and I have rented a lot of houses!
We made several calls to the realtor, one regarding the sliding glass door with broken off lock. Later in the week we noticed three sliding doors had locks but could be pushed open when locked.
The house had thick dirt/dust on all of the ceiling fans that we wouldn't turn them on and the furniture had years worth of stains on them. Don't expect much light throughout the house either, half of the lamps didn't work in the bedrooms!!
The pool has weeds WITHIN the fence as high as the fence!!! We were told twice someone would be out to weed it out but no one ever showed up! These are thick weeds with nasty prickers on them, so when my son went to get a ball he had tossed accidentally into the weeds, he hurt his finger so badly, by these balls of prickers, that his fingers bled!!
We also had an issue getting the pool heater turned on! We were first told we didn't pay for it then were told it wasn't worth the money because it wouldn't make the pool any warmer! Once we finally got that pool guy out and the heat turned on, it made a huge difference in the temperature!
Just an all around awful experience. This is the 2nd house we have rented a Surf or Sound Reality property and will NEVER rent from them again!!!

Beautiful Location, Okay Home
The location of this home was just beautiful, right on the ocean with amazing views of the sunrise, dolphins, birds, etc. The home itself, from a cleanliness and maintenance perspective, was underwhelming. We had to call for maintenance because one of the door handles was super loose and we couldn’t get any of the TVs to work. The property manager responded very quickly (same day), so we were happy with the maintenance response and timeliness.
A lot of the cables were missing from the DVD players and some of the remotes didn’t work. We didn’t use all the bedrooms, but we noticed one of the twin bed platforms was broken. The master bathroom shower had black caulking in the corners, in fact the outdoor shower was the best shower head in the whole house. And I want to be clear that this isn’t a surface clean problem (the cleaning crew did fine), it’s a replace the shower caulking kind of dirty. So when I say clean, it was surface clean, but definitely not maintained well long-term. It was certainly livable, but if you’re expecting a very clean and well maintained vacation home, then you might be disappointed.
We enjoyed it overall, but it wasn’t worth the money we spent due to the condition of the home. There’s certainly opportunity for the owner to better maintain the home in the future. If that happened, then we’d certainly return.

If you are worried about COVID beware.
Overrall the house was as expected. The biggest issue I had was we were allowed to check in early but only because the house was not properly cleaned. I mean fish still in the fridge, sticky floors, water marks on table and just disgusting. We called Surf and Sound and they were on it to get the cleaners back out. The cleaner who came out while we're there said it was clear they didn't do their job. She was great though. We have a high risk baby, so coming to a home that was not properly cleaned during a pandemic was a problem for us.

Great location. plenty of room, well stocked kitchen dishes and utensils, beds were very comfortable, outdoor showers convenient (with warm water too!). Will definitely consider for our next beach vacation.
