Questo cottage si trova su una tranquilla strada privata nel cuore di Pemaquid Point. Cottage contemporaneo, tutto su un unico livello, situato a pochi passi dal faro di Pemaquid Point. Questo cottage immacolato offre tre camere da letto e due bagni completi. I proprietari hanno recentemente aggiornato tutti i rivestimenti delle finestre, due nuove porte per schermi e molti altri miglioramenti. C'è un mazzo lungo la parte anteriore del cottage; perfetto per rilassarsi e ammirare la vista sull'oceano aperto Ben arredato con lavatrice / asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Accesso all'acqua dall'altra parte della strada - posto molto bello per passeggiare e andare in bicicletta. Chiara vista dell'isola di Monhegan dal ponte.

Any place in Maine is wonderful. Cozy house was clean but not fancy and check-in and check-out was easy. Near all the Boothbay sights and attractions.

The entire stay from start to finish was relaxing, easy and enjoyable. The cottage is quaint and clean with spectacular views. It is located in a beautiful area to spend some quality time with our family and fur baby! We hope to go back.

This is the second time that Elisabeth and I have stayed here with our pug, Daisy. We find it easy going, simple, and beautiful- with spectacular views of Monhegan, the lighthouse and the costal birds and of course, the moment to moment rhythm of the tide.
This has been the most relaxing vacation in a long time. From planning, booking, arriving, and sadly packing to leave- no gliches and great support from Sheila and VRBO.
Hoping to return soon.

Peaceful Way of Life
This is the second time that Elisabeth and I have stayed here with our pug, Daisy. We find it easy going, simple, and beautiful- with spectacular views of Monhegan, the lighthouse and the costal birds and of course, the moment to moment rhythm of the tide.
This has been the most relaxing vacation in a long time. From planning, booking, arriving, and sadly packing to leave- no gliches and great support from Sheila and VRBO.
Hoping to return soon.

Beautiful Views
The views were excellent from just about every room, including 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Lovely porch to enjoy morning coffee. Property a little outdated, but everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked.

Could use a couple updates in decor, but the location and view can’t be beat. The only slight inconvenience was being stocked up on drinking water as the water is from a well .
Great place. Highly recommend.

We feel like we found a hidden gem! The location was perfect for the covid get away we wanted. Because we knew there wouldn’t be a lot of visiting or socializing, it was a working vacation- wifi was incredible with no drops or slow downs. Great location for walking and soaking in the peninsula, and lighthouse or just enjoying the view from the wrap around deck.
The house was bigger than expected - the pups accompanying us were in heaven with the space too!
Communication with property manager, Sheila, was clear, quickly responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this and my only worry that it will become too popular for us to return next year so I’ll be booking early!

Staying in Pemaquid
The cottage was comfortable and well sited so as to see the ocean , the lighthouse and the point. The area is convenient to all of the mid-coast and we traveled from Portland to Camden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
