It's a cozy, clean apartment in a good and safe environment, not to far from the city center. There is quite some space as it has a split floor.
They don't seem to be able to fix the humidity issue coming from the basement floor. It smells humid, musty and a bit moldy. That takes a way a bit the fun of the apartment.
Know that it has a 140cm bed, you do hear a bit the neighbours, the kitchen and bathroom is in the basement and the window next to the bed looks at the (dead end) street. It's a nice apartment, but not as nice as on the pictures.
