La struttura è davvero bellissima, ottimo cibo, in generale ottima attenzione al cliente, camera favolosa e perfetta, all’interno del Resort ognuno può trovare il proprio spazio (piscine appartate oppure piscina centrale con musica e in mezzo alla gente). La hall dell’albergo è architettonicamente sublime, spazi faraonici. Diversi ristoranti senza necessità di riservazione. Da parte del personale nessuna insistenza per tours o altro, solo indicazioni spontanee sulle attività dell’hotel per informare l’ospite (karaoke, festa serale, festa in piscina, ecc.), molto apprezzato. L’ospite può rilassarsi e godersi i suoi giorni di vacanza immerso nell’estetica. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è adeguato.

The beach was nice not too crowded

The bathrooms don’t have any privacy, whoever you with will hear and smell you.

We really appreciated the fitness, the room, the breakfast buffet and also the house skipping. The hotel is really beautiful, diversity of the restaurant, the bed is really comfortable, options for choosing the pillow, the room service is really something. The service in the beach is fast The landscape around the beach with the coconut palm

The food in the restaurant was not exceptional & the drink was just ok, no taste, especially for the juice. The tv didn’t have internet (no YouTube, no Netflix and so on) I was disappointed for that. Even is written all inclusive it’s not true if you want lobster you have to pay. At the beach, you have two separate places and if you want to move to the other part of the beach you have to pay. You don’t have a lot of place in front of the beach. You have 3 different colors of bracelet, no one explained us this when we arrived at the hotel. The WiFi Is working in you room but outside on the beach or in corridors it’s taking a while, sometimes it’s not working at all for a 5 star and for the price I was expecting more . Many restaurant but nothing special

The place itself is stunning, the pool area and the sea are fun, 4 different restaurants for dinner

We had problems with the air conditioner, it didn't stop making noise at night, we called the first time no one came, the next day we went to the reception and no one took care. The last night a technician came after we called because we got up from the noise at 3 in the morning. Only on our check out we directed to the main manager to hear what happened. disappointing.

Highest praise for Mr. FRANCISCO at the reception. He went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. If you have any issues during your stay, just ask for FRANCISCO. Furthermore, Mr. GIANMARCO at FA Americana is a young prospect that you should keep an eye on!

The butler assigned to me didn’t meet the minimum requirements of his job. First of all, he didn’t introduce himself. Secondly, he showed up after I asked to send a cleaner at my room. He said YES, however, the room wasn’t cleaned even though 3 hours had passed, which angered me. I wanted to leave the hotel as I wasn’t expecting this negligence and you should thank Francisco who convinced me to extend my stay.

The only things that can be updated is the bathrooms. They are not private whatsoever. Also the room we stayed is not on a garden view is an empty lot that is waiting for construction and it should be mentioned when booking. Also the customer service may be improved in the breakfast area as we waited twice for coffee.

I liked everything

The hotel had a modern feel and I appreciated the spa-like, tranquil aesthetic. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff were generally nice, friendly, helpful and polite. A sizeable buffet for breakfast with lots of options including a crepe/omelette station which was nice- the fruit especially the mango was really tasty and fresh.

The food... for a 5 star hotel, it was incredibly dissapointing. Except for the breakfast, the food needs A LOT of improvement. The sushi and sashimi at Seishin was obviously not fresh, the rice was hard. The steamed fish with rice was dry, the fish was overcooked and there was no sauce to go with it even when it stated there was a sauce on the menu. The Artisan Parpadelle at Huzur, again... dry and tasteless. Pretty much every single meal I had for lunch and dinner was below average. This unfortunately put a damper on the trip. I also realised there was not much Dominican cuisine on offer which was disappointing. Very limited vegetarian options as well. If you're a foodie like me, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I didn't appreciate the constant bombarding of sales and promotions by the staff. We are on vacation to relax and have a good time so it wasn't great being stopped by staff on the way to breakfast or on the beach only for them to try and sell us stuff. There were times we were on the lookout just so we could avoid running into them. Also, while the staff were generally nice, you can tell there is an expectation to be tipped constantly. We were there for 1 week. You can imagine the pressure to tip everyday, it's just not a nice feeling and maybe some training for the staff on this could go a long way. Amenities that aren't under the all-inclusive package are really expensive. A regular massage at the spa was $150?? We had a dinner at the beach for my wife's birthday for $210, it was a beautiful setting but for that price I was expecting really great food but again, it was nothing to write home about. The food lacked flavour and was really dry. There was a musty/damp smell in the toilet in our room.

The resort was great - busy but you could always find a sunbed or chair to lay out on. No need to wake up early and save a spot with your book and towel. The main pool had lots of music and activities and felt lively, but the quieter pools were my favorite and a great escape to read, tan, relax and enjoy the sun. The overall grounds were clean and modern, lots of different areas to hang out. Standard suite room was huge. The bathroom being open to the bed wasn't my favorite but not an issue for my partner and I, but I could see this being odd for others. Food overall was great - bearing in mind it's an All Inclusive and we weren't expecting much. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh, healthy and savory options and service was impeccable. Lunch at the main Pool restaurant (Mediterranean) was delicious - fresh salads and pastas were my personal highlight. The Ceviche lunch spot was also great. The dinner restaurants weren't my favorite but they were adequate for an all inclusive. Just be mindful about what you're ordering and stick to what you think they can do best. Loved the coffee bar and especially the girls who worked in there and helped me learn a bit more Spanish!

The entertainment wasn't my favorite. The teams were doing an incredible job getting people to participate (special shout out to Red), but it's overall a pretty tame resort. If you aren't into listening to the 80s cover band, there isn't much else to do on the property except go for beautiful walks or watch TV. No worries for us since we weren't looking for that anyway, but just a warning for potential future guests hoping for more of an active nightlife.

This property is beautiful luxury without been pretentious. a complete serene and ambient atmosphere but places to party if you choose the staff are super friendly and professional Miraflores reataurant - hannel the gentleman that served me at breakfast today. the food at Miraflores is yummy I wish I went there sooner. food varies in quality but had a nice time at each restaurant

The facilities are amazing. The staff was the best I have ever experienced at a resort. The beach is clean and has a nice barrier around their beach area to keep out a majority of the seaweed, fish, and large waves. The entire swim area is completely sand under your feet. We like to spend more time at the pool, however because of this, we actually spent more time on the beach. We have been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this one for sure will be a repeat for us, hopefully within a year.

The bathrooms do not provide a lot of privacy, but not too big of a deal since it is an adult only resort. The coffee shop is mediocre. Beyond that, couldn’t think of anything else and we are picky!
