L'appartamento è in una posizione comoda per chi viaggia in treno (5 min a piedi dalla stazione termini) perchè è possibile lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out. E' pulito e con letti comodi. Il vero valore aggiunto è Giorgio, gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha aspettate quasi un'ora per sistemare un problema con l'aria condizionata.

In bagno mancavano ganci per appendere gli asciugamani e un ripiano dove appoggiare il beauty o comunque ciò che serve.

Clean, easy location near the train, very basic and served by purposes. Internet was good for zoom calls.

Very basic, best sized for a single traveler. Satisfied all my needs but not special/memorable.

The room was comfortable and the aircon was efficient for the hot weather.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The hairdryer cord attached to the bathroom appeared to never have been dusted. The cups were not thoroughly cleaned and the shower was extremely small.

Great location, short walk from Rome termini train station. Good instructions for getting into the building. Excellent to have a washing machine and clothes rack.

There was an issue with the gas in the whole building so there was no hot water. Late in the day on day one we were given the option to stay but with cold water only or contact booking.com for another place to stay. We were tired so the option to find somewhere else wasn’t something we could handle. Freezing cold water for our shower that night and in the morning. They installed something that would heat the water but it didn’t heat until the next morning. So we had only one hot shower in the 3 days we were there. The gas problem wasn’t their fault but we were promised a partial refund to compensate for the water problem. However I had to end up contacting booking.com for help and they wound up giving us a credit. In short, although the actual problem wasn’t Audrey’s fault, their dispute resolution was atrocious. Other than that, I’d say it was a reasonably good place to stay. If nothing goes wrong you’ll likely have a good experience.
