Location and distance from neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Cleaning fee was rather expensive. For the amount charged the house should have dust and repair free. Minor fixes in the master bathrooms and dust on shelves and countertops not a big deal. But I prefer to be in a tidy environment if I am paying for it.

Oven/stove did not work. Dishwasher did not work.

House was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The property was unkempt, the water heater was off upon arrival, and we wouldn't have had the key code if we hadn't walked up on the owner(?) cleaner(?) when checking in.
