2 CASE IN UNA. POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE POSIZIONE! Fuori da Freeman street alla fine di un piccolo centro privato CUL-DE-SAC. A circa 5 minuti a piedi da Short Sands Beach. La proprietà è A LUSH OASIS, situata su un 1/2 acro su un piccolo cul de sac con ombra da oltre 100 anni di vecchie querce. Questa è una casa 2 in 1. SPALMATO SU 5 CAMERE DA LETTO, 3 BAGNI, 2 SERVIZI DI LAVANDERIA, 2 CUCINE, 2 FAMIGLIE E SALA DA PRANZO. Goditi la tua famiglia senza essere affollato. Arredato con gusto con pezzi d'antiquariato e mobili confortevoli. Goditi i giardini lussureggianti, GRANDE PONTE, PATIO, ampio cortile, mobili da giardino, barbecue a gas Weber. Costruito in pozzo del fuoco !!!

This is a great property for a big family!! Clean, well stocked kitchens. The house is lovely without being fussy. Which we appreciate with kids! The 2 sets of washer/dryer was a great surprise! The property is beautiful and peaceful. Walking distance on back roads to Short Sands, which our teens loved! One note, 2 of the bedrooms were walk through to access the two sides of the house, which was slightly inconvenient at times.

This house was perfect for family Meals, an easy 10 minute walk to short sands and down town york. The kitchens were beautiful with very nice utensils/ dishes and a clean open space. The art on the wall is actually the owners and adds a personal and artistic touch. Definitely would rent again!

Location was great. We walked to Short Sands daily, including walking with preschoolers.
Yard was great, we used the deck daily for meals and the yard for playing and the firepit for s'mores.
The new kitchen was lovely with the tall ceilings and workspaces. The art on the walls was amazing.
York has many excellent restaurant choices within easy driving distance.
Furniture was humble. The older side needed a fresh coat of paint. The inbetween bedrooms were sad...., what were those square things on the wall side? Walking thru bedrooms was uncomfortable.
Plug in new kitchen didn't work, nor reset, the one by the stove.

I visited this property with four friends in late May/early June. We can't say enough how wonderful our stay was!! You really are getting two houses in one and that allowed us enough space to move around comfortably! The houses were very well maintained and very spacious (we couldn't stop raving about the tasteful, homey decor and huge bathrooms). It really felt like home away from home.
We loved being walking distance from the beach and downtown area where you can find lots of restaurants and activities!
Colette and Mark were great to work with-very responsive and very thorough in providing necessary logistics to make our stay wonderful.
We can't wait to visit again!!
