Had a wonderful time at this property with 4 adults and 1 child, awesome toys to use for the pool and the beach. Some issues with the pool/spa and the management were in touch the whole way through which was nice to get updates. Never got to use the spa but did not keep us from having wonderful time fishing and swimming. Thanks for a great stay!

We have stayed at this home two (2) years in a row! Very spacious and in the most perfect area! We love the view of the bay while sitting on the porch or relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The beach is only steps away!

Our stay overall was great! Great location and very clean! We arrived while the cleaning lady was still cleaning, after she was down we inspected the house and someone from vacsa also came to inspect. We still were not allowed early entrance even though the house was not occupied. Screen on patio door was ripped and many of the boards on the dock should be replaced. Make sure to bring hand soap and extra hand towels and wash cloths.

My family enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the bay with attached dock out back and short walk to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more at the price.

We absolutely love the location of this property. Sunrise on the inner coastal and sunset is just steps away to the beach.

This place is in the most fabulous spot - bay in the back and gulf across the street. We had a lovely stay here. Kids fished off the dock and swam in the pool all week (pool guy came and fixed a problem right away). The house could use a little love - living furniture should be replaced, no lights working in basement area, and water pressure for showers was poor. But we enjoyed our stay so much anyways!

I love where the propertie located the pool is always nice and clear the A/C is very cold, 3 minute walk to the beach, Bicycling sidewalks and about 9 minute walk to main street ( restaurants, shop, etc.) has boat dock you just need to be aware or ocean tides they get pretty low, people from vacasa kindly let me park the 24' trailer in their office property and ladies at pine st are very nice and pollite, realy nice gas newer big grill on property, the only thing that would be nice if had better condition frying pans, and newer sofas since they are bit stained, but this property is nicer than it looks on pictures, we were 10 people all confortable.

Just spent a week at the wonderful Florida home with my children. The house was very comfortable for our party of 8.
The location can't be beat. Walking to the beach was so close. Walking to restaurants and shops was also very easy.
We spent most of our time at the swimming pool or the guys enjoyed fishing from the the dock.
Thank you for sharing the home and letting us create such great memories.

Plus., there was only room for two people to sit on a love seat and two uncomfortable dirty chairs. But, I think they are doing a lot of work to the pool area that has the dirt coming up on the deck and into the pool. Once all the concrete work is finished I think that problem will be solved. The overall house is absolutely beautiful. Newly refinished, with lots of room for the family.
The location is perfect. You have room to park your cars but you won’t need to move them. Everything is in walking distance.
Our family loved this house and we can’t wait to come enjoy it again.

The property was great! Trying to get a hold of the property manager was awful, we never did get a hold of him. We had concerns about the dumpsters, about one of the single beds on the 2nd floor (it had a headboard that was broken) and the alarm for the pool needed batteries! The property was wonderful, we had everything we needed and more!

This was the perfect property for our 4 generation family vacation. The property was very clean and met all our needs. We used the pool every day, but the one rain day, and we walked the short one block to the beach every day also. There are several restaurant options and shopping also within walking distance as well as trolley stops. And to top it off, we saw dolphins and manatees in the later part of the afternoon from the main floor deck and the dock. The kids enjoyed the great view of the lift bridge, another bonus! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here - we will be back!

We stayed for 10 days . Absolutely beautiful property. Got to see dolphin and manatee right off the dock. My husband and sons fished off the dock .the pool was a highlight also for the whole family. The only thing I can add is there could be more out door furniture. And new cushion. We would stay again. Vacasa was very helpful. Loved it.

Just spent a week at Bridgeview Retreat and had an excellent time. Upon arrival everything was sparkling clean. The house is beautiful, well stocked and roomy. The location is the real star, though! Amazingly beautiful sunrises from the deck and a brief stroll for stunning sunsets on the Gulf. Also only a short walk to Bridge Street with numerous shopping and restaurant choices. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are looking forward to coming back next year.

Great home, great location.. The kitchen sink had very little water pressure (needs repaired). The water pressure in general was low in the house. But everything else was great. It was fun to be able to fish off the dock in your backyard.

We stumble upon this house looking for a vacation house when everything are taken and expensive around siesta key area. I’m glad we did, house is nice and clean, layout is perfect, wrap around deck over looking the bay, the kids love the pool down below after spending time at the beach which is a 1 min walk from the house, 5 min walk from bridge st. I would book this again on our next summer vacation if its available and would recommend to friends and family. The only think thats missing is maybe a 2-3 beach cruiser bikes!

I’m glad we did, house is nice and clean, layout is perfect, wrap around deck over looking the bay, the kids love the pool down below after spending time at the beach which is a 1 min walk from the house, 5 min walk from bridge st. The house had everything i wanted for my vacations. Pool, Spa, Games, Private deck, beach just across the street. Was a really relaxing week spend it with family and friends.
