Omg we loved the garden space and the view was breathtaking!!
The only complaint is with the sofa couch open it is a little tight . But both beds were comfy

Location location location. Right on the lake, can swim from the property on the beach below. Epic. Walk to the ferry and shops!
It’s All about location, it’s small and compact, the garden isn’t entirely private, as people can come and go etc but not a problem.

We had four wonderful relaxing nights here with time to unwind in the garden overlooking the lake and a little beach below for an evening swim. We were fortunate that no one was renting the neighbouring room so we had the outside space to ourselves. Caterina was lovely and helpful. Everything was fresh and clean and everything had been thought of. Lido, railway station, supermarket, bars, restaurants and town centre easy to walk to. Definitely recommend.
