A proposito di questa casastruttura in affitto
Abbiamo acquistato la casa nel 2018 e l'abbiamo completamente ristrutturata.
Ha anche un proprio approvvigionamento idrico ed è quindi indipendente dalle restrizioni idriche di Città del Capo.
Le camere sono climatizzate.
I comodissimi letti a molle sono un sogno.
La nostra casa dei sogni è inondata di luce con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e soggiorno aperto.
L'attrezzatura è nuova e moderna con una spaziosa cucina aperta con isola, macchina Nespresso e ripostiglio separato con lavello, lavatrice e asciugatrice e generosi armadietti.
La sala da pranzo è dotata di un grande tavolo in vero legno (2,80x1,20) e può ospitare almeno 8 persone.
Di fronte al nostro camino sono divani e comode poltrone per rilassarsi e leggere.
Come luogo di incontro con gli amici invita il nostro patio protetto dal vento (cortile).
Sulla nostra terrazza invitante con tramonti spettacolari sono estremamente confortevoli, mobili di alta qualità in teak lounge.
Lascia vagare lo sguardo sulla baia di Hout Bay, preferibilmente con un bicchiere di vino sudafricano o un braai (griglia a gas Weber disponibile).
In piscina si può godere il sole e rilassarsi.(Ombrellone e lettini disponibili).
Le camere da letto completamente arredate con letti a molle di alta qualità vi invitano a sognare.
La camera da letto principale offre una splendida vista sul mare, una zona spogliatoio e un ampio Beadezimmer.
Le altre camere sono disposte intorno al patio, alcune con il proprio bagno.
Un bagno per gli ospiti è disponibile.
Per le serate TV con tutta la famiglia è disponibile una sala TV separata con TV da 55 pollici (DSTV, Netflix ecc.).
Wi-Fi stabile è disponibile in tutta la casa.
Parcheggiate la vostra auto comodamente nel nostro garage doppio, da dove avete accesso diretto alla casa.
La nostra responsabile di casa Claudia ti assisterà in tutte le questioni e ti saluterà personalmente al momento del check-in. È sempre disponibile come persona di contatto sul posto.
La casa, alla fine di una strada senza uscita, si trova in una tenuta completa con sicurezza 24 ore su 24, quindi assolutamente sicura.
La tenuta si trova in una riserva naturale con sentieri escursionistici.
Città del Capo a pochi passi.

This is the most brilliantly designed house. The main living spaces are full of light and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could need and there is a good quality bbq. The huge glass doors all open to create a feeling of being outside. One of our favourite spots was the outside courtyard eating area which we named the secret garden. At night it looked so beautiful with lights and candles. The outside front terrace, perfect for relaxing together has the most stunning views, with mountains,trees and Hout Bay in the distance. The main bedroom suite is exceptional with panoramic views over Hout Bay. Thank you to Claudia who was always available to help out with anything even managed to get English football on the television for the boys! We had the most wonderful time in this oasis of calm and had a truly memorable holiday. Thank you Miriam and Torsten, we absolutely loved it!

Beautiful house, wonderfully managed. Claudia seemed to be on call 24/7, when we had no water at 9.30 at night, she responded immediately, we were so impressive and relieved.
Only issue for me was the lack of banisters on all the stairs, not good when you have bad knees but otherwise amazingly situated and equipped. We all loved it.

What a stunning house in a fabulous location set in the hills overlooking Hout Bay. We found this a perfect location for us. 15 minutes to Camps Bay, 20 minutes to Table Mountain, 30 minutes to The Waterfront and easy access to the South beaches and bays.
The house is even more spectacular than the pictures. Floor to ceiling glass everywhere downstairs allows stunning views across the bay without being overlooked.
The communication between ourselves and the owners was excellent and we were treated superbly by house manager Claudia who answered all and every one of our question as well as making numerous fantastic recommendations for us during our visit. Chapmans Peak hotel was a great place to eat in the evening with views across the bay and right on the beach itself was Dunes which was excellent for breakfast and lunch. Another great recommendation from Claudia was Babylonstoren in Stellenbosch.
In summary, I cannot recommend this house more highly. Thank you for a great stay!

Our entire experience here was top notch from the beginning to the end. The house is absolutely beautiful and easily accommodates 4 couples. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking and service you would require. The views are stunning of the mountains and Hout Bay.
This is a very secure and friendly neighborhood to stay in. We cannot say enough about our host Miriam, the property manager and all of the staff.
I highly recommend this home to anyone that wants a luxury stay in Cape Town.

Great property and location
Pros: We really loved the property. Great views and sunsets out the backyard. 30 min to the V&A but the drive up the coast is phenomenal. 30 min to the airport. Beautiful rooms, ample space, fully stocked fire place. Garage parking. Very safe neighborhood. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend renting a car if you use this place.
Cons: There was mold in the coffee maker, which as daily coffee drinkers was a bit disappointing. Other than that, very clean place.
Note: For those not familiar with load shedding, in Cape Town, there can be planned blackouts to help with power demand. We had power outages of 6 hours a day. The listing mentioned load shedding but we just didn't know what it was. This has nothing to do with the property specifically, but something to consider when comparing to a hotel (which usually have generators).

Calming. Convenient. Comfortable.
From the moment I was greeted at the gate by Claudia until my departure, I felt like royalty. The home itself is more breath-taking than the pictures could capture. I love cooking and was sure to book a stay with a functional kitchen. This place did not disappoint in that department. The primary bedroom is the entire top level, overlooking the home's terrace and the entire estate. What. A. VIEW. For those who like to stock the fridge, the grocery store is less than five minutes away (and so was the beach)! This location is as convenient as it is serene. I have only positive things to say about the entire EXPERIENCE. The security of the neighborhood made every aspect of the stay more peaceful. Skip the hotel. Jump straight to this GEM

It is surrounded by stunning vistas, mountains, you can see the ocean and beach in the distance. It’s close to Chapman’s peak, 20min from Constantia, 20min to camps bay. I absolutely adored it. Wish I could stay longer.

My experience was absolutely amazing. The house had the perfect amount of space, it was beautiful, well stocked with everything We needed and came with amazing staff to help us to keep it clean. It was magical. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Mariam ❤️

This home and it’s hilltop location, was more lovely and unique than I expected. It was a very comfortable, modern and beautiful home with an inviting deck and views. Wish we stayed longer.

Great Vacation Home!
Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It was perfect for three couples, with lots of indoor and outdoor gathering space. The views are great, and location is perfect if you don't mind the short drives (30-1 hour) in various directions to see the sites. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Claudia, the property manager, met us at the house when we arrived and was very helpful. Good shops and services nearby. Hout Bay is a picturesque half hour drive to the centre of Cape Town and close to Chapmans Peak. We’ve stayed at several properties we have found on VRBO/HomeAway in various countries. This was one of the nicer ones.
