Perfect location within walking distance of the Mayo Clinic buildings downtown. The property was clean and the host was super responsive and friendly. Atmosphere was very uplifting for healing.

Perfect location for walking to appointments, had a small issue with shower draining and someone came next day to fix. Thank you !! All in all good place to stay. Bed was not very comfortable and could use replacing.

Stayed for 5 days for surgery at mayo. Very clean and comfortable. Upstairs neighbors were quiet and host was easy to get ahold of for questions. Will definitely look at booking again if i have to go back to Mayo.

Property was conveniently close to Mayo Clinic for my husband’s surgery. The host was excellent and responded quickly to our questions. Didn't do any shopping except for a Hy Vee grocery store which we found to have good prices. Unfortunately, upstairs renter was up late talking and walking around on the wood floors, so we didn’t get the quiet we had hoped for when we booked. Basement washer/dryer area needs better lighting as the stairs are dangerous for older people. Also, while generally clean, the chairs and sofa need cleaning and the shower liner had black spots. While we didn’t do much cooking, most of the pots and pans etc need replacing. So i would say if you want to be closer to Mayo then this is a ok choice. If you want quiet and can walk steps, opt for upstairs unit. This is an old house so factor that into your choice. Also Vrbo tacks on charges so initial listing price will end up being more.
